Welcome to Sweetbay Lodge, a stunning log cabin showcasing beautiful Lake Nottely, long-range views of the Blue Ridge mountains, and breathtaking sunrises. This "home in the heavens" offers three levels of living complete with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

The main level offers a grand living room with vaulted ceiling, wall of windows, 75" smart TV, dining area seating 10, high chair, well-appointed kitchen, primary suite with private bath, and guest powder room. Upstairs you'll enjoy two large bedrooms, each with its own private bath and balcony, as well as a sunny loft with a queen-size sleeper sofa to relax with a book or puzzle. On the terrace level are several gaming areas, large bedroom, full bath, wet bar with fridge, full laundry room, and a surprise hide-out for the little ones to enjoy!

Other highlights include three stone fireplaces - two indoors and one on the Party Porch - fire pit area ready for s'mores, pool table, air hockey table, darts, 55" smart TVs in every bedroom, hot tub, board games (including the popular Blairsville-Opoly), outside toys, picnic table, main level al fresco dining for 10, stainless appliances, in-ground gas grill, all-paved access, fiber internet, and fenced backyard. Conveniently located in Blairsville, just minutes to Blue Ridge, and of course Lake Nottely, this magnificent lodge is sure to give you that head-in-the-clouds feeling!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the location! The game room was a lifesaver since our stay happened during a very rainy week. All the local information that the hosts leave for their guests helped out tremendously. Jason was great and responded very quickly when I had questions. We would love to come back again.

Amazing!

The lodge was beyond what is written about it. We had an amazing time enjoying all the activities provided. My grandchildren loved the hidden kids room! Just didn’t think about getting dry firewood to enjoy the provided s’mores.

Relaxing and Beautiful

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous! Felt like we were right at home. The view is beautiful as well. Jason was very attentive and answered all our questions very quickly. We highly recommend this location.

Fantastic rental. Better than advertised!

The home was beautiful and the view was spectacular. It had everything we needed for seven adults and 3 kids. The private bedrooms with their own bathroom and balcony was a big hit with the adults and the downstairs game room was a great plus for the kids and adults alike. My 3 year old granddaughter thought the kids nook was her private hideaway. I can’t begin to list all of the special touches and amenities that the Sweetbay Lodge offered. Can’t think of anything more that we needed during our stay and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended this home. We are checking our calendar to book our next stay.

Perfect Getaway

Family of 6 with 2 dogs. We more than enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful Cabin. Kitchen was full stocked with everything you would need. Our dogs loved the huge fenced yard running around. Our kids enjoyed playing the numerous games they have downstairs made for really fun family game nights..They have a a camp sight with a beach on the lake not even 10 minutes away which was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be coming back here to this cabin. If your looking for the perfect getaway from city life and want to bring your pups then Sweetbay Lodge is the way to go!

Astonishing!

The cabin exceeded expectations! It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views in a picturesque community. The amenities were outstanding, including firewood, a fully equipped kitchen, a family-sized grill, and a relaxing hot tub. A perfect getaway for comfort and serenity!

Beautiful Serenity

Spent a weekend celebrating my anniversary in the north GA mountains of Blairsville!!🎉🎉 Highly recommend this beautiful cabin for family vacays, special occasions or weekend escapes. 🙌🏻🙌🏻Such a nice place to relax, unwind and forget it all!! The views were spectacular and the upkeep of the lodge is immaculate. Plus, the hosts are absolutely amazing people to work with during your stay!! 🥰🥰

Outdoor Adventure

The Cabin was even better than the pictures; we especially liked that every bedroom had its own bath. The view was insane it wrapped around the entire home. The hot tub and the party porch was our favorite, the home has so much to offer. The game room was perfect for the kids. We are already planning to revisit this summer. Just a note to use Waze maps to get to the cabin as google directions were not accurate, family members got lost. I recommend this cabin to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Great stay

Jason and Allison’s home is absolutely beautiful. From the moment you step through the front door, you're welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The main living area is both spacious and cozy, with stunning views that can be enjoyed from indoors or while relaxing on the main deck. The furniture—both inside and out—is thoughtfully chosen for comfort and style. What truly sets this home apart are the personal touches and meticulous attention to detail that Jason and Allison have put into every corner. It’s clear they go above and beyond to create a special experience for their guests. This home is a must-visit and should be at the top of everyone’s list. We’re already looking forward to returning for another stay!

Hands down the best mountain getaway!

The pictures simply do not do this booking justice. The view from this cabin is the best I’ve seen! You can also tell Allison and Jason put thought and love into every inch of this cabin. S’mores caddy, fully equipped kitchen, air hockey, pool table, darts and a hidden kids nook. I even spotted a little basket full of dog bones. We ended up not leaving the cabin because there was so much to do there. I would absolutely book again.

A Perfect Mountain Retrear with Breathtaking Views!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners put so much thought and care into every detail. The cabin was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was waking up to the breathtaking long-range views of the mountains and the serene lake—it was truly the perfect way to start each day. The peaceful setting made our stay even more special, and every aspect of the home—from the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities—made us feel right at home. The hosts’ attention to detail really sets this place apart. We enjoyed our time here so much that we’re already planning to come back with our whole family! Beautiful Cabin with Amazing Mountain Views!!

We stayed in this beautiful cabin with my son, his wife, their 5 month old , my son and his girlfriend, and my daughter. From the moment we walked in we knew we had won the jackpot when it came to getting everything we wanted in a mountain cabin !! We were blown away with the amazing design touches in every room ! We cooked every night and had everything you can imagine in the kitchen from pots , pans , utensils, and appliances to seasonings ! We loved eating out on the deck facing the mountains. Downstairs, we played pool and darts every night ! The hockey table was also fun . We ended the nights with a dip in the hot tub which was nice after a long day hiking and seeing the sites . The best thing about this cabin was not one thing - it was everything! The host Jason, was always quick to respond and was so thoughtful to leave wine and a note upon arrival . Our grand dog loved the backyard ! We would definitely stay here again !!!

AMZING GETAWAY !!! PERFECT FOR FAMILY FRIENDS / REUNIONS!!!

We had an absolutely unforgettable time on our annual family and friends trip this year! After much consideration, we decided to book SweetBay Lodge, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for our group. Every year we take this trip, but I can confidently say this was by far the best experience yet! The home was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a view that truly took our breath away. We spent countless hours enjoying the wraparound decks, relaxing in the hot tub, and having fun with the game tables—there was never a dull moment! We stayed for four nights, but it felt like time flew by too quickly. Jason and his team were absolutely wonderful, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return and already look forward to next year’s trip! Highly recommend SweetBay Lodge for anyone looking for the ultimate getaway.

An Experience Worth Sharing

This truly breathtaking Cabin is part of a gated community situated at the top of a mountain where the views are SPECACULAR. The cabin is clean and welcoming; The hosts Alison and Jason made their place feel like home (except even better) by stocking the kitchen with dishware and bakeware. Morning Coffee and Afternoon tea were complementary! I was greeted with the sweetest personal touches in every room. This cabin is very spacious with an outdoor Livingroom and Dining area. My kids raved over the downstairs entertainment area, and we enjoyed playing Taboo and Rummy as a family. Smores over the firepit at night were also compliments of the amazing hosts. This Cabin is perfect for family get togethers. Inside is luxurious and the beds are beyond comfortable. I give cleanliness five stars alone! The family room couch reclines, and the TV mount is remote adjustable. We can't wait to come back again <3

Impressive property

This was our base for a guys golf trip to the North Georgia mountains. The home is extremely well furnished and has everything you would require for a family or friends group to enjoy the area. The downstairs area has plenty of activities for kids and adults to do if the weather doesn't cooperate with being outside. The outside decks have many sitting areas to enjoy the long range views of the mountains which are some of best we have ever seen. The outside Party Porch was our favorite spot to gather for drinks and conversation. There is even a water feature just outside the home that creates a small brook that makes you feel like a stream is running right under the outside decks and is very pleasant to listen to when outside. The hosts were very helpful and informative regarding directions to the property and extremely easy to communicate with. They made our stay a pleasure and for me personally, went above and beyond expectations on a separate matter. I would happily return to the Sweetbay Lodge in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot any time of year. If there was a way to give it more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so.

Hi! We're Allison and Jason, and we're so happy to welcome you to Sweetbay Lodge. We purchased this cabin as a weekend getaway from our hectic Atlanta life, but after only a few weekends here realized this space was much too special not to share. We love feeding the deer, watching our beautiful sunrises, exploring the trails with our Dobermans Max and Bella, and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our third granddaughter!!! Gather all your people and well-behaved pups, and come make special memories here at Sweetbay Lodge. The mountains are calling!!!
