Pontos positivos: Localização
The property has a few pros with a few more cons.... It is in a convenient and some what safe area near Leme Beach, with plenty of restaurants, and nearby markets all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. The property itself has a lot of potential but could use some updates and touches to really bring out the value. The couch was heavily soiled; the 2nd restroom is a storage room for hardware, etc. The hot water in the shower is intermittent: 5 minutes of freezing cold water, with an 8 sec transition of warm water before it completely switches to scalding boiling hot water, which lasts for 45 secs or so, then another 15 secs transition of warm water before it completely switches back to freezing cold. It cycles like this, making a 10-min shower, 20 min. Overall I won't say it was a negative experience,
