Lake Harmony Cabin - sleeps 13, game room, open common area, hot tub

Our cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths for up to 13 people to gather with friends and family. We provide hand towels, bath towels, linens, hand soap and dish soap. Please bring your own shampoo and conditioner. You can use the washer and dryer in the laundry room (we provide a few pods per stay). We have TVs in the living room (smart TV), sunroom, and game room (HDMI cord provided for computer connection).

ENTERTAINMENT:
Pool table, darts, cornhole, board games, books, puzzles, air hockey, foosball

AIR CONDITIONING:
Mini-splits and ceiling fans in the living room, and in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. Portable fan in the 4th bedroom.

HOT TUB:
Max occupancy is 5 people. Hot tub is cleaned after every stay and included in the cleaning fee. If it's determined that draining and refilling is required due to misuse, an additional $100 will be charged.

GAS GRILL:
We provide propane tanks for the grill but please kindly understand that in very few cases guests will need to refill the tank themselves (~$30/tank at the Lake Harmony Market - 3 min drive from our house).

Firewood for the fire pit is not provided but can also be purchased at the Market.

PARKING:
There is space for up to 5 cars in the driveway. Parking on the street is not permitted.

Bedroom 4: 1 Double
Sunroom: Twin Daybed (can pullout into king width/side-by-side twins)

Please note the manufacturer's weight limits for the bunk beds are as follows: 1 Twin (400lbs) over Double (600lbs), 1 Twin (220lbs) over Twin (330lbs)

Lake Harmony Beach (Seasonal): we provide 5 beach passes to our guests. Beach passes are not required for children under the age of 12 if accompanied by an adult. Please make sure to bring beach passes back to the house and leave them on the dining table prior to checkout. Additional daily ($5) and weekly ($25) can be purchased at the beach.

Checkin is at 4PM, and checkout is at 11AM. Early check in or late check out fees might apply. Please message us for details.
