Please note: Due to the condo’s hillside design, guests access the unit by walking up a flight of 10 steps to the front door. Once inside, everything is on one level with easy access to the backyard.

With laundry in-unit, plush towels, essential toiletries, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is a place to feel truly taken care of. Grocery delivery is also available with advance notice for $25 plus the cost of groceries.

Beautiful and clean

This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! Beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 5. Beautiful view of the lake! We would choose this condo again if we returned.

Great place to get away

This condo unit is wonderfully positioned close enough to town for easy access to amenities but far enough away that you feel like your privacy is maintained. This is a great VRBO unit for a couple looking to get away for a bit. 10/10 would stay again.

Great amenities and beautiful view

The condo was very convenient to walking trail and good grocery store. Pool was huge and warm. The condo itself had beautiful view, a nice lawn in front, and a decent patio with table and chairs. The host provided some very good snacks, good beds, plush bathroom towels, and comfortable couches. Good sized smart TV and pickle ball equipment. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I gave 4 stars on accuracy of listing because it was unclear on the accessibility. People that are physically challenged may find it difficult as you have to take 10 stair steps to get to condo and walk about 100 feet. The host was nice enough to offer help loading and unloading.

Great location!

Had a family vacay here and the place was great. It’s situated in the perfect spot with close access to everything. It is well stocked with basic food stuff and seasonings and the neighbors were super nice. Great stay!

Loved this place!!

The perfect place for our family to enjoy bear lake. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views, access to tennis courts and a swimming pool. Straight across from the marina. Owners were great to communicate with.

Bear Lake weekend

Great stay. Love the lake views. Everuthing we needed in kitchen for a short stay. Wish we had tome to use the probided tennis and pickleball rackets. Would definitely stay again. Great communication with hosts.

Clean, quiet, and great location

The condo was spacious with plenty of seating. It included everything needed for a relaxing stay, including extra blankets, indoor and outdoor games, grill, washer/dryer, and kitchen supplies.

Great place

The condo is in a great location and easy access to everything you want to get to. It has great amenities. The swimming pool and basketball/tennis court are a great addition. Candice and Ryan are super responsive and seem like great people. Would definitely go there again.

Great for a family vacation

We've been to Bear Lake lots of times and this places was one of our favorites! We loved our time here! The photos are not fake--you really have that amazing view of the lake right out your window and patio. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the games, books, high chair, pack and play, and snacks provided--it was perfect for our kids. Pool and hot tub were great.

Fantastic hosts and communication!

We came from the Chicago area to Bear Lake for a family reunion. The communication of the host was fantastic! Always responded quickly. Ended up leaving a pillow and a blanket with significant meaning. Host shipped it right away and was so kind not to charge us.

Great view and location

This condo worked perfectly for our family of six. My girls were super excited about having their own room with four beds and their own bathroom. The living room and kitchen were very spacious. My kids LOVED the huge bathtub in the master bedroom as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Great, for a family of 5 to 7 people

Our family loved our stay here. Lots of amenities with a great pool. It was close to the garden city restaurants and stores. Only one thing that was hard for us is the distance of carrying your stuff from the car to the front door of the condo was long and out of the way. We ended up throwing bags up and down from the balcony to each other.
