Welcome to your gateway! Nestled in the peaceful town of LaBelle, this brand new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home offers a nice retreat with direct access to the serene lake view. Whether you’re looking to unwind in nature or explore the home town, our home provides a balance of relaxation and convenience.

The Space:
House is designed for comfort and tranquility. The open-concept living area features a modern island Kitchen, a cozy living room with smart TV, and WiFi. Gather around the dinning room or enjoy fun games with dominoes and small board games. The outdoor lanai seating area offers the perfect spot for a morning coffee with our Gourmet Coffee & watches coffee.
The home has 2 bedroom; one with a queen bed and a full bed. The bathroom has a relaxing bathtub. You’ll also have access to a laundry room for added convenience.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have full access to the house:
- living room
- dinning room
- Island kitchen
- Laundry room & Laundry sink
- Outdoor seating with lake views

The home accommodates up to 4 guest; with parking available for 2 cars with a max of 4 cars.

It was such a nice place, new, very clean, had everything we needed, nice screen in porch. Renee was great! And about half the price as a hotel room in the area! Will book again next time we are in the area!

As stated in ad, it is two bedrooms both TINY very cramped. I think we should have had access to the master bedroom and one of the small bedrooms should have padlocked especially for the rental fee we paid. Furniture was all covered with cheap covers and some even had disposable pads like one would see in on hospital beds. Sofa was so uncomfortable that we sat on chairs we brought in from porch and lawn chairs we bought with us. One bed only had a single mattress and was maybe 15" high but host sent someone over and took another mattress from the master suite and raised it up to normal height. No instructions on how to operate tv(but there we silly notes on everything else. Example: Table for Food Only-we cheated we played card games, etc on it. Stove said Do not Cook High It's hard to cook without high heat. I had a friend come over and after an hour he got the tv working but the wi-fi was slow and streaming tv was poor. We blocked wi-go on our phones so we could check emails. We had to move carpet that was outside the porch door so we sit outside and enjoy the evening shade and the retention lake (pond). The lichen was poorly equipped so we spent our money for kitchen equipment-measuring spoons and cup, toaster, mixer, baking sheet and casserole pan, grater and tongs. The police came three times because the burglar alarm was going off-6:00AM WAS THE LAST TIME.The host was helpful and gave us some credit for the disruptions and inconveniences

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear your feedback, but we would like to clarify a few important points. The listing clearly states that the property includes two bedrooms, and that is exactly what was provided, and pictures of the rooms are part of the advertisement. We also want to address the condition in which the property was left. There were large coffee stains on the beige couch, and despite following up several times, this was not acknowledge by guest, having us take care of the full cost of the repair. During your stay, we made big efforts to assist and accommodate you with all your request, including providing an second mattress, visiting the house several times to help with the TV, and paying for streaming access to Netflix for your use, which we have cancel it as this a service we don't offer, among other things such as cleaning service during your stay at no cost to you. We always aim to offer a great experience and aim to accommodated with gesture of goodwill.. Nonetheless, it does appear that you were able to complete and enjoy your stay, as the booking was fulfilled in full and you remained at the property for the entire duration, including hosting guests during your stay.
