Family ADU: There is a separate family ADU at the back of the property. While it is entirely separate, we kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. A $300 fine will apply if any pets are found.

No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
