Beach condo with Great view with plenty of space. A lot within walking distance. Weekend was really busy and the grounds are kinda small for the amount of people that were there, we could not use the pool till Monday. Beds were okay towels were very thin and condo could use some cleaning. We did enjoy our stay.

Property was great for three couples. Location is ideal for walkability and food and entertainment. Kitchen could have had more —no hot pads, no bowls for mixing ingredients for meals. Would have been nice to have more TP and paper towels for a weeks stay.

Loved this condo. Perfection

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was perfect , just like pictures. The pool was a disappointment, very narrow and small. The location allowed us to walk to many restaurants and attractions.

Great space, plenty of room and convenient location!

Overall a great trip - pools were overcrowded and closed off to open air due to construction outside around pool area - so not able to use the pools at all, but no fault to the owner. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone on the family!

A wonderful location with plenty of space

There were 7 of us and this spacious and well-appointed condo was a fabulous way to enjoy the beach. We had plenty of space, including multiple balconies, and everything was in great shape and very comfortable.

Family Vacation

We spent a lovely 4th of July week at the condo and couldn't have been happier. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook for the entire family. Beds were comfortable, the location was super convenient, and the views were incredible! Thank you for a helping us have a fantastic family vacation!

October Trip

We arrived and found everything just as described. Had a wonderful week, the weather co-operated with us and we enjoyed all the amenities. My great-grandson loved the pools and the beach. Thanks for sharing your home with me and my family.

Christmas vacation

The stocked kitchen helped us make our meals without missing a beat. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of sitting room at the table and in the living space. The sunrise was worth the early wake-up call each morning and the walking distance to activities was great. The multiple pools allowed for many evenings of fun.

Great bang for the buck!!!!

Awesome view from all three bedrooms!!!!. This place is a must stay if you need space for your family. Property sits on the beach and just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk. The area is need some modernizing, however we never felt unsafe. The owner Rufia was very responsive. Enjoy!!!

Beautiful views

Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful views from the minute you walked in the condo. Very well stocked kitchen. Our plans required a last minute additional night stay and we had a response to our request from the owner almost immediately! Hot tub was a hit! I would definitely recommend this property!

Everything was clean n really enjoyed ourselves. There were 6 of us Seniors. Could have used more safety bars for tub/showers Also having to walk so far for dumpster (trash). Overall it was a Great time. Thank you

Great central location

Booking process was easy and great communication from the owner. Lovely beachfront location. It was busy and small turnaround where you load and unload. If you have mobility issues can be a little troublesome as the parking dec is one block away. But everything to do with the accommodation itself was perfect for our needs with everything that we needed for our stay. Thank you 😊

Last minute get away

The property was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the boardwalk. The check-in process wasn't clear in the beginning, i may have overlooked an email however after reaching out to the owner, the situation was resolved in a matter of minutes. The view was totally more than i could have imagined....absolutely breathtaking 😊. Thank you and we're making this our yearly vacation stay.

Best view of the ocean

Booked this studio condo at the last minute for a week-long getaway. Fits two people nicely. View from the large balcony made it worth the price -- fantastic view of the ocean, high enough to be away from the noise of the beach. Spent a lot of time there. Also, this is one of the quieter stretches of beach in Myrtle Beach -- it gets much more crowded south of this area. Parking garage is within a 1 minute walk.

This condo consists of a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit and a studio/one bathroom unit. Together they are a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. I used to rent them separately. This ad was originally for the studio. However I am renting them together as a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. That is the reason that some of the reviews are from people that just rented the studio.

Location was great, Room was clean, parking is off site across a 1/2 block alley, detached 3 rd room had kitchenette but nothing as far as paper towels, dishes etc and no microwave, temp stays on 70 with no airflow or way to change temp, has thermostat on wall but doesn’t do anything, called provided numbers but received no response, host did respond next to last day regarding question about staying later due to late airline departure, host was VERY accommodating regarding our departure time. I would definitely stay again, just would be better prepared regarding supplies for detached room.

Pools were dirty

Condo was clean and for the most part as advertised. We never got in the pools because they were filthy. You couldn’t see the bottom most of the time in the lazy river. The parking is a block away in a garage

Thanks for the comments. I can tell you that this past winter the lazy river, hot tub and pool were refinished. Some of the stains that looked like dirt were not and just needed a refinishing so the pools are are much better shape now. The parking lot is a block away but it is secure. This building is downtown and buildings in this area tend to have the parking garages across the street or a short distance away given the proximity to downtown and space being a premium. With the boardwalk right out front of this building there is much to do that are a short walk and do not require a car.
