It now has an open floor plan making it a great place for family gatherings. Docs sits on a large private scenic lot just blocks from downtown. Lake of the Woods is accessible from the property. Docs is just 7 1/2 miles from the Canadian Border and 10 miles from the 700,000 acre majestic Beltrami Island State Forest. Whether you are in the area to fish, attend a performance at Rivers Edge Performing Arts Center, a hockey tournament, to play golf, or attend an event, you will feel welcome here
The space
The house has a well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, family room, bathroom and laundry room. There are three bedrooms- all upstairs and two bathrooms. One has a shower only and the other a shower and tub. In addition there are two beds in the upstairs living space.

Outside you will find much to do from kayaking to canoeing and paddle boarding. You can fish off the dock or park your boat at the dock. Boat launching and access to the river would be at the Point in Warroad.

In the winter you can ski, skate, fat tire bike or snowshoe the Rivers Bend Skate Path. Or ice fish.
