This waterfront home is walking distance to Broadway, Farmer's Market, the Nissan Stadium, and more! Explore what Downtown Nashville has to offer from restaurants and breweries to museums, about a mile away. Music Row is about a 10 min drive away, where you can find Nashville's entertainment industry for country, gospel, rock, and contemporary music!



The Space:

The condo is right in front of the Cumberland River and offers a communal pool, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. This chic living room greets you with a 55" Apple TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ capable, however subscriptions not included), wifi, and a sofa bed. Go through the sliding glass doors and enjoy your morning coffee out on the patio table overlooking the river.



The kitchen is great for homemade meals and is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine ware, and more. If you don't feel like cooking on vacation, there are numerous local eateries within walking distance! There is a counter-height dining table in the living room for 2.



Sleep comfortably in the King bedroom, equipped with another 55" Apple TV and en suite bathroom.



NOTE:

Laundry is outside of the unit in a specific laundry room that you will access with the key card.

It was a pleasant stay for a few days. The area of town is a good place to be located. There were a few things that kept me from a 5 star review, but nothing to refrain me from staying here again. I had an issue with the living room TV that was quickly resolved with management coming over after hours; and, the issue was actually the user (me, lol) due to being unfamiliar with that particular TV/media set up. I would stay here again.

The location is great. The apartment was clean. The host was very thorough with expectations and explanations. For the price, I really cannot complain. Pros: I love that it was in a covered garage like thing. It was very close to broadway and we used lime bikes to get there even faster. Parking is a pain in the city so that was a benefit. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The sight of the river was beautiful. The master bed was comfortable and all in all the apartment was cozy. They left games to play too.Cons: The dishwasher is very loud. I recommend running it while you are out. The pull out bed, mattress is VERY thin, 12 year old had back pain, we ended up just having them sleep on the couch. The pans could use replacing. They do provide shampoo, conditioner and soap but hotel size so bring your own. No ceiling lights.

Good location - within walking distance to Broadway, many attractions, and the Central bus station. Nice view of the river from the balcony. Unit was well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Shower had good water pressure, with plenty of hot water. Would stay there again.

The location of this place is good as far as ease of access to the surrounding areas, however, right now there is construction going on across the street starting at 7 am every day Monday-Saturday, so that was very disruptive in the morning. The place was mostly clean - the bedding and towels were clean, but the actual place itself was rather dingy. To me the cleanliness was rather mid-range overall. The bed in the master was comfortable, but if you need to pullout couch, that was terrible. Upon arriving the bed platform had been ripped or lost springs in many places and was simply tied to the frame. This made the mattress slope and dip into those areas. We actually had to take the mattress off and have our teen sleep on it on the floor. We let the company know about this and their response was “thanks, we’ll pass that info along.” No attempt was made to help solve to situation. That was disappointing. Management was responsive to a lock issue we had and solved that quickly for us. Just wish they had been more responsive about the sleeping situation for the pullout bed.

The property was wonderful, came with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The river view is great also the balcony, but their A/C works magic. About 5ish minutes from Germantown and Broadway.

Overall, it was a nice place. The bed and pillows were amazing! The water pressure was great! We feel that the cleaning crew should have noticed the mold in the bathroom. It was the first thing my wife noticed. We feel it is from the vent fan not being able to remove the moisture from the bathroom. The water pressure is so strong, that it sprays onto the paint. Management was very quick with their response, and the maintenence man was thorough with the mold remediation. Because of the hardwood floors, you can hear the people upstairs. That's not anyone's fault, just information. The condo is very close to everything. A 30 minute walk gets you just about anywhere. We bought a Keurig machine and brought a hair dryer because the listing did not indicate the place had them.

The condo was clean. A little smaller than anticipated but still enough room for the 3 of us. The bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the condo and only had a box fan instead of a ceiling fan. Aside from that the condo was great.

It's very convenient to downtown, perhaps 15-20 minute walk from the property. The property is built right on the river with all units having a river view. It's built under the enormous covered structured of an old factory which gives you extremely convenient covered parking right at your unit. The laundry facilities are very modern with internet connected pay and monitoring of your washer and dryer loads. We had a small issue with the digital key lock going dead, and the host immediately got us a key while they fixed the digital lock the same day.

Location was good, not far from downtown and right on the river. The kitchen was not for cooking. Knifes were dull, no omelette pan, and 1 bowl with a lid. Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. Outlet next to the bed was broken and looked like it has been. Garbage is supposed to be a auto open and it's broken also. Pool area is nice.

Nashville Fireworks

We had a great time in Nashville. The location was convenient. Clean and comfortable. Friendly critters stopped by daily to share out snacks. Good thing they liked Doritos. We had great food and thoroughly enjoyed the live music scene. ;)

Great location

Great location, easy checkin, and great communication with property managers. Great size for 2 people. Pics on the listing give the unit a larger appearance than what it really is. A/C worked fantastically throughout our 95 degree stay. Unit is definitely clean but has a couple of issues that should be addressed. Specifically, there was some mold/mildew near the shower and a broken TP holder that were issues in the bathroom. Couches have a nice appearance but the cushions are worn so you sink down to the frame when sitting. Definitely not comfortable. Kitchen faucet leaked and (now I’m nitpicking) drawer and cabinet pulls need to be tightened in the bedroom and kitchen. Overall, a decent place in a great location. With these little fixes I would stay here again.

Spoke with management several times we could not get in the room. They gave us three different codes. Finally they sent someone we had no AC for four days and still had to have a window unit that ward like a bear. It was absolutely ridiculous. The deck outback was covered in

Convenient location next to the river

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. We got around quite a bit by using the lime scooters. If you haven’t rented the scooters before, I suggest you give it a try.

Good alternative

This property was nice and a good value for the price. The property is in the river so that was nice and is close enough to downtown to walk. The bed was comfortable and the place was relatively clean. It’s an older apartment so there are some things that just can’t be cleaned and need to be replaced At some point. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Comfortable home away from home

Spent 4 days here. Walkable to downtown & Broadway (20 min). Easy access to other attractions. Comfortable king bed. Nice to have comfy living room seating. Enjoyed the small Deck with river view. All basic amenities needed were provided (except tinfoil & Saran Wrap - but we brought our own)

Quick getaway

Condo was very cute and had all the necessities. Walking distance to downtown but would not suggest it after dark. Currently, construction across the street can get noisy. Once completed the area should feel more like a community. Loved the river view and the small wildlife.

Convenient to Downtown and Printers Alley

This was our second stay at Riverfront Condos. Condo was clean, but had a musty smell. Neighbor upstairs was super loud late at night. Other than that, it hits the mark for convenience to the top areas downtown. Love the balcony on the river.
