Summary:

A cozy Nashville retreat that urges you to sit back and relax. Welcome to Coffee Corner, a quaint ranch-style home that has been tastefully updated to provide you with a high level of comfort on your Tennessee getaway. The house is ideal for a small family or group looking to explore Music City and have a quiet home to return to.



The Space:

The main living area features an open-concept design, and the living room offers comfortable seating and a smart TV.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and wine-ware for your convenience! The large center island with 4 barstools makes this space truly the heart of the home, and we have no doubt you’ll naturally flock there to mingle with one another.



The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 cozy bedrooms. Each space is fully furnished with a Queen bed and offers luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. A shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo is fully stocked to serve all guests.



The backyard is a prime space for entertaining with an outdoor sectional and additional seating to seat everyone comfortably. The backyard is fully fenced in so that you can expect total privacy.



The property is located in the Salemtown section of Nashville, only 1.6 miles from the heart of downtown and less than a mile from the restaurants and cafes in the Germantown neighborhood. Staying here means it’s more than doable to walk to major attractions downtown or get a short Uber/Lyft ride for a cheap fee. It’s a must to stop in at Big Al’s Deli, a neighborhood staple for authentic southern comfort food, a quick 4-minute walk from the home. Stock up on local fare at The Nashville Farmers Market 1.2 miles away. The Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, a gorgeous and active public park, is rich in history and can be reached in a mile as well. To reach “Honky Tonk Central” on Broadway Street, an Uber/Lyft can get you to the middle of the action in less than 10 minutes. There are countless restaurants, places of interest, and shops to be explored within the areas mentioned above!

Check-in and check-out were both clean and straightforward. The host was friendly in all interactions and fortunately we did not have to reach out with any concerns during our weeklong stay. The property was clean upon arrival. One of the bedroom closets smelled bad, so I decided not to hang my clothing in that closet, otherwise no complaints!! The fenced in back yard was great to have before going out in the evenings. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer with laundry pods available. The property is located on a cute, quiet, and safe street. It's about a mile from things to do in Germantown and about 2.5 miles from most activities Downtown. We initially planned on walking places but as Nashville is pretty spread out, we ended up using Uber/Lyft most days, which was fine but added up as there were often surge prices - just something to be aware of!

This property is great; the house is clean and nice. It's in a safe area and has ample parking because it's on a corner lot. The management company was easy to deal with and responsive whenever I had a question. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, close to the interstate and a short uber ride to Broadway.

Excellent experience

The property was just as presented. Overly pleased with the neighborhood. Spent each morning on the back patio with coffee. Felt very comfortable parking on the street. The options in the area, as well as access to the greenway, and the ease of getting in and out of the Broadway area was exceptional.

Great Location

The location is really great. It had all the amenities and more. 5 minute drive to broadway. It was not clean though. The floors were so dirty, beside the nightstands were hair, lint, debris. The hardwood hadn’t been washed. The backyard could use some attention it’s pretty run down. Communication with property management was decent. But never heard back if they would discount the cleaning fee. Disappointed to say the least. I’m on holidays I don’t want to be contacting management worrying about things. I want to enjoy my holiday.

Football game in Nashville

First time in Nashville, came to see a football game. House is very cute. Enjoyed the covered patio. House is in a great neighborhood. Easy to get to Nissan Stadium and Ryman Auditorium and Broadway. Good restaurants in the neighborhood too.

Bad experience - Bait & Switch booking

So much wrong with this booking that I won't be using VRBO again. It was not a VRBO booking even though it was listed on the site. It hooked through a érd party property management co. and they required additional contracts, background checks. When I didn't agree to these unlisted terms, they told me I could cancel but that I would not receive a refund of my fully paid rental VRBO was no help as informed me that I had to work through the property management company and that they only advertise on VRBO. Very disappointed. And to make things worse, I was contacted by the property management company 1 day prior to the rental and informed that the rental property was no longer being rented and they offered me a new option in another neighborhood or I could cancel for a refund. The day before the trip . Not much of an option at that late of time

Weekend in Nashville - work and play

I came for a conference and brought my mom and brother to hang out with me. The location is excellent and the property is exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again :)

Great Getaway!!!

A friend and I traveled to Nashville for a concert. The home is very convenient to many fun restaurants and venues. The property was very comfortable and well appointed. We will return in the spring!

Perfect place for long weekend friend getaway.

The hosts provided everything we needed. It was easy to access and lock up while we were out exploring Nashville. It was a 15 minute drive to the airport and downtown. Even though it's located very close to the highway, it isn't loud in the house at all. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Easy inexpensive Uber rides to downtown. House has everything you need so you don’t need to over pack. Backyard could use a touch more attention but great place. Great stay.

BE VERY CAREFUL RENTING THIS PROPERTY

Code didn't work for the door. Property was NOT cleaned, was charged a crazy amount of a cleaning fee b4 we got there only for me to have to clean the bathroom, wash the linens as there were stains on the bedding. Pics were NOT like they posted on this site. Gardener & landscaper had to come during out vacation stay. VERY poor communication from their staffing!!! (other than Priscilla - she got us the correct code) Wanted a refund for the cleaning fee but got the run around & NOTHING.

The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. We always felt safe. We did have an issue trying to figure out the shower. I called the number in the welcome card around 8:00. I was told someone would call me back. No one did and I called again about 3. Ariel from the local team came by and showed us how to use the shower. She was awesome! FYI for anyone staying there, to start the shower pull the ring on the bath spigot!

Great location

This property is in a great location and is very comfortable and clean. We had a few minor issues which were sorted out very quickly so did not detract from our stay at all.

Nice neighborhood

As with others who have stayed at this property the given door code did not work and we had to phone in for the correct one. This is not the best way to start your stay and should be easy to get right. House is as pictured. Wall vent outside bathroom needs a good cleaning but otherwise pretty clean. Back patio needs some tlc. We loved neighborhood, Butcher-house & Germantown Cafe are worth a visit. Easy Ubers to Broadway.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only hang ups were that the door code we were provided didn’t work, but the property management provided the correct one. Also, I’d recommend providing instructions on how to work the shower.
