Loved staying at Thea’s place. The house was easy to find, and had everything we needed during our stay. The beach chairs and towels provided were perfect for spending a day at the beach, and access to the famous pink sands beach was right next to the house. A bonus was the restaurant AcquaPazza, which was right around the corner. The pizza and all our other food was delicious!

Great spring break

We had such a nice stay at this well-appointed second floor apartment. Short walk to the beach and a coupleof the island’s best restaurants and hotels. Thea was a thoughtful and responsive host.

Spring Break getaway!

We had a wonderful time on Harbour Island for my daughter’s Spring Break. The beaches were stunning. Our accommodations were great and just steps away from the beach! The house was clean and well appointed. Thea was a great host! We will definitely be back!!

Harbour Island getaway

This is a lovely well-furnished and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, with all the amenities we wanted. My wife and I would be happy to stay here again on any future trip to Harbour Island. The owner/manager is very responsive to any questions or issues that arise.

Good stay

Beach was conveniently located from place. Restaurant across street was good. Location quiet and it is easy to get to everything. Rock house was excellent and def try the pancakes at the Landing. Communication with host was excellent. Thanks

Such a great place and even better host !!

We just got back from 5 days staying at Thea’s amazing 2BR unit. I was with 3 of my teen/young adult sons and we had never been to the Bahamas before. The island, the hospitality and the VRBO unit were spectacular. I can honestly say it was one of the cleanest, most updated and well-equipped and comfortable VRBOs that I have stayed at. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable beds, lots of pillows :-), all the cookware and kitchen needs if you want to do some meals at home. A 3-5 minute walk to probably one of the nicest beaches in the world. Across the street from one of the best restaurants in the Bahamas (Aquapazza). Our host (Thea) and her father (Rocky) were incredibly helpful and responsive - answering all of our annoying questions promptly, giving us recommendations and helping us out any way they could. If VRBO gives awards for hosts of the year, Thea has my vote. This place is amazing !

Absolutely Perfect In Every Way

My goodness, where to start... Location: Its literally a 3 minute walk to the beach! You can hear the waves from the living room! I loved having two options of where to park. Host Thea was just downstairs and able to come up in no time flat to resolve a small query. Even though she is so close, the rental space was very quiet and felt very private. The private entrance was perfect for us! It was very easy to find over and over again. A popular Italian spot is right across the street. We went to lunch there upon our arrival. Interior: Very well done! Bedrooms were clean and cute and modern. We only slept in the king bed but the pillows and linens were SUPER comfy and i slept like a baby. The air con and TV in the bedroom were a hit after our long day of bouncing around the island. The kitchen had everything we needed including a variety of coffee and teas and snacks too! YOU GUYS: she even has the cutest little packs of toothbrush and toothpaste!! We didnt use them because we brought our own and we didnt want to be wasteful but it was a really thoughtful amenity. There is shampoo, soap, conditioner, and even individual packets of qtips and things. Towels were soft and plentiful. The air cons worked great. Wifi was excellent and easy to access. Ice was provided in the freezer and water in the fridge. Thea was an excellent host and Ill be sure to tell everyone i know about her perfect spot on harbor island.

Thank you, Thea, for hosting our stay. First of all, thank you for accommodating the additional person, without a hassle, after the fact we booked initially for four persons. Secondly the extended grace for late check out was much appreciated with having three kids and having someplace to stay until departure.The place was very clean, cozy, and private. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for future stays.
