As soon as you arrive at the resort, we will be vigilant to attend to your every need. Since we are remote, you can always contact us via telephone. However, the quickest way to be attended to is the professional front desk staff in the lobby. Once you check in again, you have the same privileges as an owner.

When you are staying at the Lagoon Tower you will have the same privilege level as all the unit owners. All amenities are open to you as my guest.
