DIO GUESTHOUSES VILLA MALEAS 2 B/R WITH PRIVATE GARDEN AND SWIMMINGPOOL

The residential complex "Dio Guesthouses", located between Tyros and Leonidio, has built amphitheatrically in an olive grove at the foot of Mount Parnon and only 500 m. from the sea, offering spectacular view of the Myrtoon sea and high quality holidays all year round.
Villa “ Maleas” is a 75 sq. m. villa developed on two floors. On the upper floor are located the living room with a fireplace and a TV plasma 32 inch, the kitchen, one W.C. and a covered furnished veranda with a great view to the Aegean. In the sitting room there are two sofas and the one off them can be used as an extra bed, while there is a second extra bed that comes up from the bottom underneath by using a mechanism that able it to get up and joins the other. On the ground floor are set two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. In the one bedroom there is a double bed, while the other one has two single beds that may be joined and used as a double bed as well. The two bedrooms of the house share a covered furnished veranda, which has direct access to the private garden of the villa.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own TV plasma touch. The house has ethernet internet connectivity and wi-fi, inside the house and in public areas as well.
There is a swimming pool for the five houses with garden chairs and lounges . Free parking is available.
