Perfect for a beach vacation.

Awesome location. Right across the street from the beach and Docs Beach House. It was walking distance to Coconut Jack’s. The unit was well furnished and very clean.

Great Little Place That Checks ALL the Boxes!

This little place was just perfect for my adult daughter and I for a quick little getaway. Clean, quiet, and a superb location with anything you might need for a beach trip. Don't let the construction stop you- the whole area is open and accessible. We will definitely be back!

Beach, pools and play area

My Husband and I stayed here and fully enjoyed all aspects of BB&T and having the beach across the street was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the view was great with beautiful sunsets. Mike is a very welcoming and gracious host, the communication with mike was great. Thank you for sharing your condo with us..

Beautiful property

The apartment was clean, cozy. And had everything we needed and more. We were only able to enjoy it for 2 nights due to a tropical storm. We left very early on into our stay, but had we been able to go to the beach the apartment was fully stocked with everything! The location was perfect! We will be back again just not in the rainy month of June.

AWESOME OCEAN VIEW

We have stayed in all of Mike and Diane's units and they are all GREAT!!! We have been down with our whole family and they all LOVE Mike and Diane's units. The cool breezes and views off the Lanai are spectacular!! You could not ask for a better place or better people to rent from. Everything is there for you including the beach chairs!! Looking forward to our next stay

We have several Guests who use our multiple Suites for vacationing with their Families and Friends, especially since we now have two (2) Suites in Building #1 and three (3) in Building #2, just steps away from the beautiful six (6) mile Bonita Beach... Needs updating and thorough cleaning

The condo has terrific views… the owner is very attentive but I found it to not be clean…it needs updating and it is dark…I have written to owner with some suggestions but don’t know if he’ll take my comments. There is everything you would need for a beach vacation, chairs, coolers, umbrella, etc.

Once again a perfect stay with Mike and Diane. We have stayed in three of their units so far and have come to expect that everything will be perfect every time. Could Not Have Been Nicer

Everything We expected and More The reviews of this unit were almost entirely positive, so we expected something very nice. But our three-night stay exceeded our expectations. The screened-in Lanai was especially nice, exactly like the view in the promotion for the unit. However, we did get the impression that the restaurant (Doc’s) was in the middle of the action. In fact, Doc’s is the only thing on that stretch of the beach and other things you would expect (e.g. souveneir shops, etc) were a few blocks away. The food at Doc’s was OK as were the prices. The nearest convenience stores were about two miles away. This condo is in unit #1 of the 5 tall condo buildings. The parking lot is huge and was mostly empty during our stay. A nice feature is that the café, which serves breakfast and lunch, is in building 1. It was a good place for breakfast with reasonable prices. By way of comparison, my sister also rented a one bedroom. Hers was in building 3. Over breakfast, she was telling us how great it was. Then she came up and saw our condo. She was blown away. “Wow, what did you pay for this place?” As it turns out, since she had to pay a cleaning fee (we didn’t) our total was about the same as hers. And her view was nothing as nice as ours. As advertised, Bonita Beach is gorgeous. Four of the couples from our group rented a 4BR beach house which was beautiful and right on the water so we were lucky to have a nice place to hang out. I’m sure that the beach in front of Doc’s was just as nice. However, the condo provided everything we would have needed for a day at the beach (chairs, coolers, towels etc). We highly recommend this condo and doubt that you could do any better for a 1 BR. Our few tours included the Pier in Naples (worth seeing), an excellent lunch in Naples (I think it was D’Amico’s – walking distance from the pier) and a trip to the car museum in Naples (Rev’s Institute for Automotive Research – worth seeing if you like beautiful classic cars). We also made a trip one evening to the Seminole casino in Immokalee (about a 40 minute drive). It was a large casino and much nicer than we expected with all the usual table games and slots.

Glen...Thank You VERY MUCH!!! Now you know why we call this Suite "Our Tropical Paradise"!!! While many Guests stay at our Resort, not all get to see spectacular sunsets almost every night as well as the all the FIVE STAR amenities we are happy to provide our Guests, including 12" memory foam king-size mattresses, in Suite washers/dryers, bistro height seating on the lanai, all linens, kitchen appliances & utensils, beach chairs, beach towels & umbrellas, and comfortable modern furnishings & decorations throughout... We hope you can return in the future...Thanks again...Mike & Diane~!

Excellent Location

This condo has the perfect view!! Better than the last one we rented previously from a different owner. Lots of space and comfy furniture. Unfortunately, this stay was during hurricane Ian so we did not enjoy ourselves as much. But we had quite the romantic week together since we were stuck inside waiting out the storm. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing view! Extreme comfort! Lots of "extras"

This efficiency was one of the best we have stayed in thru VRBO! Sit on the Lanai & soak up the beach scene. Comfortable upscale furniture & bedding. Mike & Diane are excellent with communication & they have given a lot of love & attention to this place. They provide the extras that truly make it feel like home!

Bonita beach condo

The hosts, Mike and Diane were absolute gems to work with. Their communication was top notch. We had options to communicate with them without going through the VRBO app, which was very helpful (sometimes the app isn't the best). The Condo was as described and pictured in the listing. The location was superb, right across the street from beach access #1. There's dining options within walking distance. Such a laid back area and not nearly as touristy as ft myers beach (maybe a 10 minute drive away). We had one small maintenance issue which Mike and Diane took care of quickly and without disturbing our time at the condo. We love this vacation destination and will definitely be returning!

Hidden gem

Mike and Diane were more than hospitable and very accommodating with our travel plans. Unfortunately for us the Lenai was under construction but they made it perfectly clear that we wouldn't have use of it. If we could've the sun sets would've been amazing. They still provided a table and chairs just outside the suite for amazing ocean views. The location was perfect. You had a nice beach and bar with food and jetski rentals directly across the street. Great location, nice attention to detail

My wife and I stayed here for our 12th anniversary and overall we loved it. The view from the lanai of the turquoise water was spectacular. Getting your feet in the white, shell-filled sand was easy and close. The furniture and bed were comfortable and everything felt very well kept and clean. The ONLY thing we had an issue with was the alarming amount of construction happening on the building during our stay. We have stayed at several beach condos and it is not unusual for there to be some construction happening, but this was literally at least half of this building and the adjacent building... and loud. Like drilling into our walls loud. So much that we didn't want to be in our rental while it was happening (9am-5pm) so we went to the beach and explored the area. This is not the fault of the hosts who really did setup a great rental, and were very thoughtful with the accommodations, but we have to mention this as it did force us to shift how we spent our vacation.

Wonderful Week!

The property was perfect! We did have some work going on at the complex during our time there, but it did not distract from the great location and wonderful space we had to stay in. The hosts were kind enough to set up a space right outside for us with a view of the ocean which was spectacular. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Awesome location

Property was well located, with an easy walk to the beach and many dining options within short driving distance. Unit was well appointed with everything you need for the beach and to make the stay comfortable. Owner is very easy to communicate. Seamless booking and check in.

Awesome Place Bonita Springs

This is the second time we have stayed at Bonita Springs. This unit by far is the best. Mike and Diane were very accommodating and the place was just as described. The location is perfect with a great view of the sunsets. We felt very welcomed by not only the hosts but also by other guests. The unit was vey clean and nicely furnished. We will definitely be back and would love to rent this unit again!

Relaxing

This place was almost like a slice of heaven. I was totally in love from the moment I walked in the door. Perfect for any kind of stay as long as you don't have kids in tow. Loved the walk to and along the beach, drive to things very close also. Hosts were so thoughtful and have done a great job with unit. Thank you both so much for a few relaxing days away from hospital life. I will be back when you arent booked lol.
