Nice place!

Everything was clean! We had one issue while staying there that management fixed immediately. They were very prompt to answer messages and take care of the one problem we had. We would definitely stay again!

Branson Vacation

Our trip was amazing, obviously the tourist opportunities, but the place we stayed made it even better. The staff went above and beyond for our comfort . A television in one bedroomwasnt working properly and while we were at Silver Dollar City they replaced it. Fantastic!!!!

Overall good, needs a little extra attention

The property was just as pictured and had plenty of room from our group of 7. It could be cleaned better. The showers had hair in the them when we arrived and we had to ask for a mop because our feet were black within an hour of walking on the floors. The location was about 20 minutes from most food and shopping so a little out of the way. The pool was a nice amenity. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cute condo!

The condo was nice. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough parking to accommodate the number of guests that stay here. We had to park on the side of the building in the grass, by the fire lane, many others were forced to park in the fire lane as there was nowhere to park, even up the hill at the other buildings. The customer service was top notch, they communicated with us very quickly, giving us the grass parking option & they kept us well informed with the power outage the Branson area had on 10/19/24. Overall the stay was good.

The condo itself was great! Any questions I had were answered promptly. However, I do want to note that the noise barriers are very thin. We probably just had terribly noisy neighbors, but was hearing extremely loud noises coming from the upstairs neighbors all night. If you have young kids sensitive to noise at night, it may not be a great fit for you. Everything else was great and as expected! We would stay here again, but bring earplugs in case someone upstairs lets the kids run up and down the hallway all night!

Condo was very nice, clean, and modernized. Distance to Branson strip is convenient. Immediate area is quiet and safe.

Place wasn’t very clean. White curtains dirty and grubby looking. Not enough parking spots. Shower was spraying pieces of scum off showed head. Dryer would not dry clothes unless you ran it for three cycles, even after the lint screen was cleaned out.

Thanks for your feedback. If we had known about these issues during your stay, we could've sent housekeeping to address them. We can also arrange for maintenance to check the dryer. We'll pass this along to management for future improvements.
