This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.







THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit with 18 steps to the front door.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason
