Simple, spacious & clean. The house is corner house.

It is suitable for backpacker, sport player, student gathering and party.

We have upstairs master room, big medium, small medium rooms and downstairs single room.

Facilities for upstairs three rooms:

- Air cond
- Queen size bed
- Extra mattress if needed

Downstairs small room:
- Air cond, wardrobe & single bed

The house facilities:
- Unlimited fiber optical Unifi Internet
- Normal TV-set with Unifi TV channels
- Fridge
- Auto washing machine
- Water heater all rooms
- Hot water pot
- Toaster

* 5 minutes drive to one -utama
* 5 minutes drive to PLUS HIGHWAY Damansara Toll.

- Driving: 5 mins to 1-Utama, 10 mins to The Curve & 15 mins to Mid Valley
- Walking: 2 mins to Uptown (you can find any type of food in Malaysia, all local banks, mini markets, hair salon, etc)

Party for extra charge Rm50. but the rate i will give to guest special rate RM350. guest pay on check in date.

3 rooms upstair
* master room with attached bathroom queen size bed, sofa, dining table, ceiling fan, aircon, etc.
* big room with shring bathroom with small room, queen size bed, sofa, dining table, fan, aircon etc
* small room with sharing bathroom with big room,
queen size bed, study table, ceiling fan, aircon.etc

downstair single room:
* Single bed, aircon, ceiling fan, study table.

living hall:
TV, WIFI, Sofa, two dining table, fridge, washing machine, etc.

Other Things to Note :

1: guest will pay electricity average Rm25-30/day
2: Deposit is RM150 for less one week stay, but RM300 For more than one week and RM500 for one month.
