Come stay with us in this Brand new Beautifully decorated duplex in the Heart of Oklahoma City! Relax in this charming 2 bed 2 & 1/2 bath home in a Quiet OKC neighborhood. Featuring a open floor plan, and modern decor, this home is perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, living room has a pull out bed, 65 inch flat screen T.V and spacious bedrooms. Conveniently located near downtown, tons of restaurants and local attractions. Ideal for a relaxing getaway! Unit B The only concern with this property is the outdated motels across the street. After the new build is complete next-door a security gate will be added for extra security! In the meantime, fences have been added around the property itself inside of the fence that surrounds the property!!

Awesome house in a great location within OKC!

We came into town for the WCWS and loved staying at this property. The house was in immaculate condition and it was in a great location in the city. We were within 10-15 minutes to everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely be staying here again if we go back to OKC. Thanks for the awesome hospitality!

Perfect for our needs!

The house was adorable, clean, with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, iron and ironing board all provided. It’s right off the interstate in a central location so everywhere we needed to be was within a 15 minute drive. Great communication with the hosts, an overall seamless experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Neat and tidy

This property was exactly what the pictures showed it to be. It was cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Plus the added security of having a garage to park in was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise!

Beautiful home!

It looks exactly as advertised. It's so conventionally located close to everything. My sister and brother in law live in Edmond, approx 20 mins away. The wedding we attended at the beautiful Cole Gardens was less than 10 mins away. We had to shop for last min items like socks, Target was 5 mins away. The instructions were easy. The host was very gracious. The communications starting from the time I booked to when I left were great and super timely. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in OKC and it's available!

About the house;My favorite thing was that it's very clean and brightThe windows around the house don't have blackout shades which would be an amazing bonus since there's so much sunlight coming in that makes sleeping pass 6:30 a.m. impossible. Bring your sleeping mask!About sleeping areas; I prefer white bedding so I bought my own. The bedding was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. There is plenty of storage and pillows.About the kitchen;There are all new appliances and it's almost perfectly equipped. I'm not a fan of the plastic plates and drinking cups, neither of the "gold" cutlery. The house is advertised as "sleeps 6" but there weren't enough plates n cutlery for a dinner for 6. Neither was there bedding for 6 adults. There was 1 king size bed, 1 full size and 1 "day bed" in the living area.The living/dinning room is airy and spacious, with a new t.v. and table games made available. However, the sitting was scarce and uncomfortable. Only a day bed and 3 uncomfortable chairs.The bathrooms and laundry area were perfectly clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is ok. There are so many restaurants and shopping stores that it makes the area attractively convenient.The motels across the street, makes the area look a bit questionable. The neighbors behind the house, talk loud n argue late hours of the night n into the morning sometimes. So I wore ear plugs! I'm inclined to believe that they're probably harmless!Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Nice space, big safety concerns

I booked this place for a work trip. I am not familiar with OKC or the area in general so if you are you might be able to avoid my mistake. The property sits just behind 3 low budget motels. When I drove up, there were a few men sitting on the back curb working off whatever substance they had consumed most recently. Despite the fence on 3 sides, the majority of the fourth side is wide open. Parking is in direct and easy sight line as if there were no fence. The garage is used by the owner so no parking there. This means anyone nearby can watch you park, unload the car and walk in. Once inside, the place looks just like the pictures. However, what you don't see is that the whole side of the building is exposed to the motels and there is no curtain on a sliding glass door off the main living space, so anyone on the second floor of the motel can see inside. Now this part is hidden from the street visually by the fence, but remember the fence is not fully closed so anyone could walk onto the property without issue and then be hidden as they break in through this door. I felt very unsafe! I immediately loaded my car back up and found another place to stay. I was in the property less than 10 minutes total. I requested a refund and told the manager the property was unsafe. They at first refused to refund any portion of my week long booking. Eventually, they did offer a partial refund, but kept the entire cleaning fee and pet deposit along with all service charges, for my 10 min
