The Space:

In the kitchen, a large window allows the Florida sunshine to stream in. Crisp white cabinets are topped with quartz workspaces. Stainless steel appliances include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric range, oven, and dishwasher. There's also a stacked washer and dryer in the nearby utility closet. A glass dining table is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or host an intimate dinner.

Each of the two bedrooms provides space to rest and recharge. In the first bedroom, a queen-size platform bed sits in front of a colorful green leaf-inspired wall mural and faces the flat screen television. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed set against a dynamic, bright orange wall mural and a flatscreen TV. Each bedroom has a spacious clothes closet. The full bathroom has a marble-topped vanity sink and a step-in shower with a rain shower head.

Featuring a brilliant color scheme and custom artwork, this vibrant city apartment fits perfectly into the chic Miami art hub of Wynwood. You'll be a few blocks away from delicious craft breweries, eclectic shops, and casual cafes, while also being a short drive from bustling downtown and exciting South Beach.

Located just north of Downtown Miami and minutes from the Miami Design District and Miami Beach, Wynwood is one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its iconic murals, galleries, and dynamic food and nightlife scene. Explore Wynwood Walls, stroll along NW 2nd Avenue, and enjoy local favorites like Panther Coffee, Coyo Taco, The Salty, and popular breweries, all just minutes away.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
