The Space:

The home has been tastefully decorated with neutral decor that complements the space. The living space features a Smart TV, comfy seating, and access to the outside patio. Enjoy peaceful mornings, and starry nights on the covered patio.



Back inside, there is a formal dining table for 4, and the kitchenette is fully stocked with dishwasher, stove, sink and coffee maker for your convenience.



The home sleeps up to 2 guests comfortably in the bedroom that is furnished with luxe linens to ensure a restful stay.



The bedroom offers a King bed, and Smart TV, and access to the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There is unassigned parking right in front of the property for up to 1 vehicle in the community lot.

- A washer/dryer in the condo is available for guest use in the kitchen.

-Resort amenities are not accessible to guests.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

Just 8 minutes away is Table Rock Lake offers activities like swimming, fishing, boating, water skiing, tubing, and more! When you’ve had your fill of fun in the sun, the home is close to an array of attractions including Branson Mountain Adventure (1.9 miles), Titanic Museum (3.3 miles), Aquarium at the Boardwalk (3.7 miles), Silver Dollar City (8.5 miles), and more! Historic Downtown Branson is around 7 miles away and is dotted with restaurants and specialty stores. It’s common to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events while downtown. The property was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for our stay - toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap etc. The host was extremely attentive and responded to my inquiries very promptly. We didn’t actually need anything from the host during the stay, but I contacted them a couple of times prior to the trip and upon arriving and was helped immediately with what I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

The moment we walked in we knew it would be a great stay. The owners had Christmas playing for us which I thought was such a lovely touch. The home was very clean and the accomodation extremely comfortable

Cozy Branson Getaway Condo

The condo felt more like an apartment to us but we enjoyed the coziness of the decor and the layout. Nice corner unit for a short stay in Branson.

Great getaway

Excellent!!

This was a very nice little place to stay! It was very clean and has a smart tv that you can sign into to watch your own Netflix account or whatever you want. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We loved our cozy condo so much we extended our stay 3 nights. Clean and comfortable. Chris welcomed us with a phone call and took care of any of our needs quickly. Loved the location too!

This is a very cute clean perfect unit. The owners set the mood by creating a calming atmosphere upon arrival. The unit is well appointed & will definitely keep on my list for a repeat visit.

A stone's throw from the lake

The property was as advertised. Clean, bright and well maintained. If I had to complain the only thing I could find to complain about was the bathroom was a tight fit. We look forward to going back!

There was nothing negative about this condo. The owner called the day before our arrival. He was so nice. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place as well as stay there again ourselves.

Fabulous Condo

Size is perfect for two people. It was very clean, nicely decorated. Living room was comfortable, king bed was comfortable, the place smelled nice (kind of a rarity down near the lake). Property was well maintained. With dozens of trips to Branson over 40 years, this was one of the best ever! Thanks. We will stay again.

Anniversary Trip

The property is as advertised. The access to different apps on the TV is a nice perk. It’s nice and cozy for two people. Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbor is noisy at all hours of the day and night. Also, please know the kitchen is small so there’s hardly any counter space, but you can make do. It was not far from all the Branson attractions so it was easy to get where you wanted to go in no time!

Not the best accommodations

I liked the keyless entry. The bed was very comfortable. The condo seemed smaller than the pictures. The flooring needs replaced. It is curling up at many corners and made it easy to trip. We did not run hot water as a very unpleasant sulfur odor emanated every time we turned on the hot water. No odor when we ran cold water. The entry door window was filthy.

Nice Place

The condo was exactly as described. We had no issues. The bed is on the firm side which I liked but my husband prefers softer. The person that lives upstairs does get up early (around 5:30) but wasn’t that big of a deal to us. The bedroom closet does have a strong cologne smell so if you are sensitive to odors that may get to you a bit. The bathroom is tight. The storage cabinet should have been a bit smaller to give more room while on the toilet. But there again not that big of a deal. I would recommend to a friend.

“I Still Do” Marriage Retreat

My bride and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was only a short drive from the Encore Theater where the “ I Still Do” marriage event put on by Encounter Ministry was held. The condo was very clean. The street that the condo was on was quiet. The can be a bit confusing to get to but google maps took us right to the front door. Careful in the morning hours as there are many walkers/joggers on the road. The road has many twist and turns that if take to fast can put the walkers/joggers in real danger. The neighbor above us seem to be a up all nighter and early riser. Seems there living room was right above our master bedroom. It was not to much of an annoyance but if you are a light sleeper you will notice. All and all I would love to stay here again. The price was right and everything thing worked as it should with the exception to the microwave over the stove. It keeps time but did not heat up my breakfast. No worries though, they had a back up microwave on the counter. It worked great. My only suggestion would be to build a shelf per over the sink to get the extra microwave off the small counter space or replace the microwave over the stove. Also complementary coffee would be great. They had sugar, coffee filters and a coffee maker but no coffee. The complementary theater tickets were and awesome touch that my bride and I plane to come back and enjoy. Great place to stay. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Nice but Noisy

Overall the unit was very nice & clean. You could tell that it was very well taken care of— however, the upstairs tenant directly above the unit was extremely loud all the time. It sounded like he rearranged the entire apartment every night around 1 AM. If it wasn’t for him, we would have had a much more pleasant experience. I know this isn’t the units fault, but I do feel that it will put a damper on the stay when you can’t sleep. Like I said, otherwise, the unit was very clean & well taken care of.
