This place was amazing! It is a well decorated, clean, spacious tiny house. I was visiting for a week for work (which is a 8 minute walk), after living in Austin for 33 years. There was a well thought out binder with tons of information for folks who are new to the town. I loved how thoughtful the host is with the many coffee k-cups, kitchenware and a killer air fryer. I was able to heat a full quiche - it’s big! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get to the loft bed, as I had injured my knee. However, the sofa was incredibly comfortable! I’m a 250# guy and I had plenty of room. The air conditioning worked incredibly well! One word of caution (that has no bearing on the property or host) - if you order any food delivery, keep a close eye on the delivery map. The delivery folks will drop the food off at the main house, no matter what notes you leave for them.I would absolutely book this place again!
