The entire home.

We try to make it easy – There is no one to meet with to enter the home. Your access code (provided several days before check-in) is valid starting at 4PM and the length of your stay. Just go straight to the front door enter your code and relax.

If you have an emergency such as power outage, stopped up toilet, busted water line, etc. during your visit please contact the management team.

Supplies: Your home is supplied with “Start Up” supplies to get you going. If you plan to use more than the supplied starter packages, or if you are staying with us for more than a couple days you may want to grab extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, and dish soap.

Cleaning: We stocked the home prior to your arrival with fresh linens and towels. There is NO DAILY housekeeping service during your stay.

Laundry: A washer and dryer is available to you if you want to freshen your linens or clothes during your stay.

Coffee Maker: We offer a Coffee Maker and coffee filters. Please bring coffee and your preferred sweetener/creamer if you like an early morning pick me up!

Cooking: We offer a full kitchen to cook and prepare meals. This includes pots pans, baking dishes, toaster, blender, mixer, and of course a wine bottle opener! A gas grill is provided in the back yard- we ask that you please clean the grill.

Fireplace: The fireplace in the living room is decorative and not to be utilized

Checking Out and General Rules:

Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
1. CHECK OUT IS AT 10:00 AM – NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO THE TURNOVER OF GUESTS
2. Please leave the beds unmade and no need to strip sheets. DO NOT MAKE UP ANY BEDS THAT WERE SLEPT IN. Soiled towels are to be placed in the bathtubs.
3. Take all food out of refrigerator and dispose of it properly. TRASH MUST BE BAGGED AND TIED. BAGS THEN PLACED IN GARBAGE BIN.
4. Please wash and put away all dishes or rinse all dishes prior to placing them in the dishwasher and put running prior to departure.
5. At CHECK OUT place the AC on 75 during the hotter months and the Heat on 65 during the cooler months. DO NOT SET AC BELOW 68 OR THE UNIT WILL FREEZE UP. If the unit freezes up, the unit will have to be turned off to thaw then re-cool which could take hours!!!!
6. DO NOT ADJUST REFRIGERATOR SETTINGS. If you lower the setting, the thermostat will cut off and nothing will get cold.
7. Please clean the grill after use.
8. DO NOT REARRANGE ANY FURNITURE. Furniture can be easily damaged when moving. Please treat this home as your own, as it will help assure our vacation home is in the condition you expect when you arrive.
9. Close and LOCK all doors, anytime you leave the home.
10. Locked closets are for owners use only.
11. Fire Extinguisher can be found in the kitchen
12. Please do NOT DISCONNECT OR REARRANGE ANY WIRING TO OR FROM THE TV.
13. In the unlikely event you need maintenance during your stay, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX ANYTHING YOURSELF. Please call the emergency contact provided in your initial booking email.
14. Please treat our home with the same respect as you would your own home. We have put a lot of time and effort into this property to provide you and your family a wonderful Clearwater Vacation!
15. IT IS THE RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO EXPLAIN THESE RULES TO THEIR GUESTS AND TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES. ANY EXTRA CHARGES THAT MAY BE ASSESSED TO OWNER, ALONG WITH ANY DAMAGE EXPENSE, WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT.
