Situated in Valley Glen, this vacation home is less than 15 minutes away from all the best attractions in LA: Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, Hollywood, LA Zoo and a lot more.
The house is about 2800 sq ft.
This house offers 5 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, one enclosed patio with sitting area and TV and one enclosed deck with pool table, foostable and movie night area with projector, screen and soundbar system . Central AC and heating with Nest thermostat.
Smart TVs in 2 bedrooms and patio. no cable TV.
you will also have: Complimentary WiFi, Parking on premises, Free Street Parking (no permit required).

Beautiful home 10 mins from Universal Studios

Perfect size home for 3 of us, we had plenty room. Great communication with Alex and Rafael. We had an issue getting into the property when we arrived, but Rafael had that sorted in minutes. Very clean and just like the photos. Deep jet bath tub was awesome, comfy beds, fast wifi, full kitchen with everything we needed, tv had Netflix so we could relax with a movie when we wanted. Washer worked good but the dryer wasn’t going. Alex offered to dry our laundry for us at no extra cost, but we made good use of the drying rack which worked just as good! Only issue my Aunty had was with the blinds as she is paranoid about peeping toms lol & you could see through them in the lounge and kitchen. Rafael said they’re changing those soon & they weren’t an issue for my mum & I! Overall it was a great, comfortable, relaxing stay close to shopping and Universal Studios. Thanks again Alex and Rafael!!

Great home away from home!

Great place to stay for Universal Studios and Hollywood sight seeing. We enjoyed how close the vacation activities were. The place was very clean and spacious. The hosts were great and accommodating. Close to gas stations and food as well. Nice neighborhood too. We definitely recommend staying here.

Nice vacation rental

Very homey feel to this vacation rental. Super comfortable, quiet neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again. Alex has quick to answer any questions we had.

It was comfortable and close to Universal Studios

Room was as mentioned in the site. For me Wifi was important as i need to work from Home. Wifi worked perfectly and had no issues. Owner was always responsive to my questions and had issues. We were group of 7 and house was comfortable to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was as advertised and super clean and modern. Its on a quiet street near the highway to get to most places in the area. Alex and Rafael were very nice and accommodating. They are responsive to any questions and concerns. We were traveling with our 15 month old son and they provided a pack and play for us. The unit is very quiet and cozy. Even though it's attached to the home, you don't hear any noise at all. Very easy check-in and out with keypad. We also enjoyed the snacks and drinks left after a long day of traveling. We would stay here again next time were in town. thanks

Nice owners but bad apartment

It is only reluctantly that I'm writing this review. The owners are very nice people always ready to help. The apartment is big and well equipped and everything is new in it. However, I am forced to give a bad rating because the plan of the apartment is simply crazy. You enter the living room, from there you go to the first bedroom, from there to the bathroom and from the bathroom (!) to the second bedroom. If somebody is using the bathroom it is impossible to enter or exit the second bedroom. Since to reach the bathroom or the second bedroom from the living room you have to pass through the first bedroom a strict order of retiring for the night and getting up in the morning is required to give those in the first bedroom some privacy. Fornutately, we are a family and our kids are fast sleepers so we could put them in the first bedroom and hope not to wake them up while passing through it. Another problem with the apartment is air conditioning. There is an air conditioner in the living room, the second bedroom is connected to the cenral AC of the owners' house but there is no AC in the first bedroom. It is supposed to be cooled by the air conditioner in the living room. So the first bedroom door should be open at night and still it took a couple of hours until it was cooled properly. In LA I would expect AC in every room.

Comfortable and Economical for at home style visit

The unit was more spacious than I realized. It has a master bedroom, second bedroom, full bath, and open living room - dining room -kitchen area. It was peaceful and quiet. I was happy to have a full kitchen, which cut down on Meal expenses dramatically. It's attractively decorated, very clean, and very comfortable. We stayed there while visiting family in the area. Will stay again, for sure! Beth

We were on break for couple week and last stay at LA . Alex is very helpful . House is very nice and clean . That’s the only place in our whole trip , where we slept peacefully. So quiet .Thanks for everything Alex .

Clean, new, modern place to stay with a accommodating lovely family!

My dad and I had a wonderful stay here. We got there it was easy, the place was clean and comfortable. The place is equipped with everything you need. We even had a friend come and stay last minute who also enjoyed her stay. The jacuzzi is the perfect cherry on top. Alex and Rafael reply straight away with any concerns or questions and are super lovely when we did cross paths. It's a great area and I recommend this place to anyone who wish to stay in The relaxed North Hollywood! Thanks again guys :)

Great hosts, location, and space!

My wife and two kids really enjoyed the house and really were lucky to find such a great convenient place for our visit. Our hosts were patient and kind with questions and were welcoming throughout. Recommend this place in lieu of expensive and amenity challenged hotels in LA.

Fantastic, Wonderful Hosts and Apartment

This apartment was absolutely wonderful - it was decorated very modernly and incredibly well, incredibly clean, and had wonderful amenities. Alex is so very kind, and made herself available should we have any questions. A guest book containing different places to eat, things to see and do, and places to go was provided as well! We visited in the summer and the A/C was just perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sofa bed was easy to set up! Sheets and pillows were provided. We had a fantastic stay here, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Parking is plentiful, the hosts are simply incredible, and the apartment is an absolute steal! If you're looking for somewhere to stay that's close to everything, certainly keep this place at the top of the list.

Property was as expected and looked just like the pictures.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here, hosts are really nice and understanding. We were welcomed when we arrived and they were available when needed. The house was just as shown and the bed was super comfortable. Bedroom is a little on the warm side but the fan helps a lot. Hot tub was awesome and so was having a smart TV. LA Zoo is nearby and was a really fun way to spend a day, also a short drive to Santa Monica Beach. We went to a dodgers game and Knotts Berry Farm which was only an hour drive from the house. So much fun things around here we really enjoyed it! Thank you guys!

Enjoyed our stay

Alex, When we first arrived, everything was as advertised. We quickly got the feeling you both cared and were devoted to making our stay most comfortable. It was nicely remodeled, clean and totally accommodating for our needs. Priced very reasonably and yet no expense was spared on the quality and design of the decor, we felt it was a good deal. You both were kind and interested in making sure everything was up to par, we had no issues to complain about and appreciate the thoughtfulness in providing the additional snacks, coffee, condiments... Beautiful and Well appointed apartment with a great host!

This gem is centrally located minutes away from downtown LA. Everything was nicely appointed in the apartment! The host (Alex) was a pleasure to work with. She even received my packages and brought them to the apartment while I was out. The Area is quite and safe. Everything you need is within a mile or two. This is my new go to whenever I'm in LA. We hire Chef JOHN (1 (661) 341-0539 ) private chef to prepare a fabulous meal in the state of the art kitchen. Lovely lovely place

Great hoise

We stayed three nights in this house. The house is attached to the owner's house, but you are not affected by that. You can always go for questions, that is pleasant. The house is fine. A bit tight with two doors in the bathroom which is also the passageway from bedroom 1 to 2. But that's really the only thing. Everything is perfect. We would if we go back to LA for sure again.

Perfect for that portion of our trip!

Very clean and exceptional hospitality!

If you are looking for a perfect place to stay when visiting the sites of Hollywood, Alex's private apartment is a real gem! She has thought of the details for travelers and had wonderful advice about sites to visit. Although the apartment is attached to the main house, it is very private. We were very impressed with the care and cleanliness here. We enjoyed the robes waiting for us to use when we enjoyed the hot tub on the private patio. We were surprised to find a few snacks waiting for us after a long day of travel. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and very near to stores and restaurants. We could not have had a better experience!

Nice property, very clean, great location.

We (2 adults, 4 kids) stayed at Alexes property for 2 nights. The house is very clean and tidy, well maintained, modern design, lots of space and sleeping places. We used and enjoyed the hot tub which is right outside of the house - just as shown on the pictures. Kitchen has everything you need, and we really enjoyed the bonus - water and soft drinks in the fridge and snack basket on the table. The appartment only has one bathroom - very clean and modern. It would be nice to have an additional bathroom for 6 ppl stay, but one is good enough. Alex was very responsive to all our needs and replied right away. We had no trouble checking in or checking out. Will definitely recommend staying at this place!
