This was a great place to stay. House was very clean, beautiful scenery. Only a 7 minute drive to Downtown Gruene! Of course my daughters (and mine) favorite part were the mini donkeys, chickens, and deer that were by the property. Overall will be booking and recommendating this location again!

The place was so beautiful and we deer and chickens greeting us which was a fun surprise. Only 18 minutes from Texas Tubes which is where we float the river each year. Highly recommend!

Home and property are clean and beautiful. There was only one bath towel per person. Some messages had to be sent a few times before receiving a response. Overall, our stay was a good one.

We had the best week leading up to our son’s wedding. The house was everything and more. Great place to stay if you are in the NB/Gruene area.

Our family was in town to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet before heading back to school/work, and this property provided the perfect space for that. We loved spending every morning and evening with the deer, and even though it rained the entire time we were there, just having such a peaceful place to relax made our trip enjoyable. This home is close enough to town for convenience, but far enough to feel secluded. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with plenty of parking. We loved having the shop to hang out in and play games, and the mini donkeys were such a fun and adorable bonus!The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even gave us on a midnight buggy ride/tour of the entire stunning property. It was the perfect place for our group, and everyone agreed that we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here!! Game room was amazing and plenty of room. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor area as we came for Fourth of July and it was too hot. I would love to book again when it’s cooler. Host responded quickly and helped with everything we needed. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

The host was so amazing, from the check in process and the checkout and last minute communication! One of my friend left something there and we got it back 2 weeks later! Super clean rooms and parking was so easy!

We had a great time! This entire property is beautiful and the house was perfect, very clean and in a great location close to all the places we visited…Schlitterbaun, Rocking’R River Dropoff, Blacks BBQ…plenty of shopping near! We loved watching the deer everyday and from the front porch and then my boys loved the ping pong table in the garage. Our host was so nice and communication was fantastic when I had any questions or needed anything! We would love to visit again and I would recommend property to anyone!
