Unit is directly off a busy street. Thumping music and sirens all day and all night. Seems to be used as a party pad by lots of the renters.Unit could use a great deal of maintenance. Grounds not kept tidy. Laundry facilities filthy and inoperative.There are NO dressers in the bedrooms. The bathroom has an odd, tiny toilet like you might expect to see on a submarine or something and it didn’t work all that well.The oven drawer was filthy, as was the top of the tiny refrigerator. Most of the furniture is stained, ripped and dirty. Several pieces of furniture have disintegrated cardboard under the legs. There is an oven but no dishware to be used inside the oven. The kitchen is very minimally appointed. Never used the dishwasher because if we didn’t hand wash there wouldn’t be enough dishes for the next meal. There is a great little market a block away, and the hospital we were visiting daily was two blocks away. Very convenient. We found a very nice duplex that is quiet and has a pool for the same amount of money. This place served its purpose for us but would not stay again.
