Important Note: A resort fee of $40 per night will be collected directly at the building. This fee covers various amenities and services provided during your stay.

Spacious Bedrooms : The master bedroom features a king-size bed with direct views of the bay and the city, allowing you to enjoy stunning sights of the Port of Miami and cruise liners—truly the best line in the building. The main bathroom includes a full bath with a shower and toilet.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two twin-size beds. There’s a second full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and a third full bathroom that also features a bathtub, shower, and toilet. All essential toiletries are provided, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each room includes a walk-in closet for ample storage.

In the living room, you’ll find a large dining table for six and a king-size sofa bed for additional guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Wolf appliances and a SubZero refrigerator, along with a coffee machine and coffee set.

Stepping outside to the terrace, which features two comfortable armchairs and a small table, as well as a dining set for four. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or lunch with a beautiful view.

The apartment boasts high ceilings and is equipped with Wi-Fi for your convenience. Enjoy a luxurious and comfortable stay with all the amenities you need!

- All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
- Washer and dryer are available, and detergent is provided.

Entertainment:
- All TVs are Smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming channels.

Garbage Disposal:
- Please follow the designated procedures for garbage disposal during your stay.

Parties & Events
- Parties, receptions, or events are not allowed. Local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM. This rule is strictly enforced and violations may result in termination of your reservation and additional fees.

Parking:
- Valet parking in the building is available for $75 per night (no weekly or monthly rates).
- Nearby public parking options include:
- 644 NE 2nd Avenue (Public parking, $35 per night) – just 1 minute away.
But the price may vary depending on events. I am not responsible for any changes in parking rates.

Pets:
- Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please inform us in your initial message. A refundable $150 pet fee will apply.

- The host is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after check-out.
