This century-old home has been converted to a duplex and is sure to charm the whole crew with tradiitional architectural features updated into a stylish, cozy and functional space. Close to downtown Great Falls with easy access to the rest of town, whether you want to stay in and relax or go and explore, this unit offers the best of both worlds. Relax and unwind after a day of exploring on the wrap-around porch, or in the homey nooks of this classic space. Features one window AC unit and one fan.

AC notice: While there is an AC unit and fan, you can expect the home to be 70-75 degrees (if it is 90 or so outside). If guaranteed cool temperatures are a requirement for you, this is not the home to book.

You`ll have the whole main floor 1/2 of the duplex to yourself during your stay, including 2 private bedrooms, one and a half baths, a full stacking laundry pair of machines, 2 dishwashers, and access (shared with the top level duplex) to a large wrap-around porch.

Bedroom one has a plush full sized bed, armchair to enjoy your favorite novel, and attached 1/2 bath.

Bedroom two has a plush full sized bed, armchair, and features a complete work station desk area.

The full bathroom features a walk-in shower and an en-suite half bath is attached to bedroom one.

All bed linens are provided. A portable crib (pack-n-play) with a mattress and protector are also available upon request before your arrival, as well as a portable highchair for the smallest guests :)

You`ll appreciate the fully appointed kitchen with appliances to make your stay complete, including stove, oven, refrigerator, not one, but TWO dishwashers, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and microwave.

The living room is equipped with a smart tv, and we encourage you to log in to your favorite streaming services to relax after your days spent enjoying the area! The kitchen has a standard cable television for that classic viewing experience ;) There is also a DVD player, should you desire to bring your favorite movies and shows along with you. Be sure to enjoy the electric fireplace on those chilly evenings in!

Dine at the kitchen peninsula with seating for 4, or at the large dining table with seating for 6. Break out a game of cards or cozy up with a book in the many comfy seating spots throughout the home.

Free, fast wi-fi, on-site parking for 2 vehicles with plenty of additional street parking, and key-less entry access are all included.

We welcome longer stays, including nurses, military servicemembers, and others! We are currently set to accept stays of 28 nights, but we are open to longer stays for verified guests. Reduced rates are available for longer stays.

Children, couples, families, and small groups are all welcome as well!
Please no parties or events on the premises, and respect quiet hours after 10pm. Please ensure you`ve reviewed our HOUSE RULES prior to making your reservation.

Please note that air conditioning will be available seasonally as the temperature increases. Our AC units are installed prior to the warm season by our maintenance team and are unavailable during cooler seasons. Please inquire if the AC is ready prior to making your reservation if it will be a concern during your stay.

YEP, WE LOVE YOUR DOGS:
Dogs are welcome! Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs can come along with a small, one-time pet fee assessed at the time of booking. Refer to the pet policies and *HOUSE RULES* for further information. We do not have a fenced yard, so please keep your pets leashed while staying at our home. We require that you keep your pets securely crated any time you depart the premises, and pick up any pet waste from the premises and dispose of it directly (in a secure bag) in the outside trash bin.
