Hot Tub Runs Year Round!

In town for a wedding, mountain biking, or just an Okanagan mountain getaway? This is the perfect place. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Silver Star Village and has parking for 4 cars.
There are a total of 10 beds/futons so it can accommodate multiple families or large groups if necessary.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and there is a BBQ outside. Natural light floods in from the huge windows from the living room’s vaulted ceiling. The 6 person hot tub is located right outside these windows and there is a great view of the mountainside. The living room, dining room and kitchen are one long great room with a large rustic wood table that seats 8. The eating bar with 4 stools is located right next to the table.
The décor in the living room is modern, with leather a leather couch and love seat as well as a comfy armchair in the corner. If it gets chilly at night, there is a cozy gas fireplace to warm you up.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit is for damage, parking infractions, damage due to animals and quiet time infractions.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are allowed.
Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds)
Pets allowed:Cat, Dog
A security deposit of 200.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Deposit applicability: Any number of pets.
A guest must request this optional service.
Maximum allowed: Two Pets
You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them..
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Property is NOT waterfront or within 30 minute drive of a lake, ocean or river.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Ski/Board Out is directly to a downhill run from the property. Ski/Board In is directly back to the property (no walking).
Located steps from the Alpine Meadows Chair. True ski in/ ski out location. There are three different routes to ski in to the unit, and you literally can ski onto the back porch.
