Pontos positivos: Check-in e localização
Pontos negativos: Precisão do anúncio
The space was much smaller than expected. There was some type of musty smell upon entering the home and since the sliding glass doors had no screens we weren't able to open the house and air it out as there were many flys entering the home when we did leave the doors open. Small and a bit cramped for 6 adults. One of the king beds was actually two twin beds pushed together. And the room advertised having a queen bed was actually a full size bed.

For future travelers - I take issue with this review. This house had been gutted and completely remodeled within the past 2 years so I'm not sure what smell the guest was referring to. Initially she insisted we smoked in the house which I told her was absurd. The two king beds are all true king beds. It would not be appropriate for us to advertise a king as anything other than what it is. And, the queen bed is a queen bed. We wouldn't make a full bed with queen sheets and know the difference nor that the sheets didn't fit. This particular guest arrived for Thanksgiivng with some outsized expectations of mid-century homes and I'm not sure she would have been happy.

Just Right

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A few days escape from Long Beach to celebrate husband’s birthday. This home is perfectly comfortable for just hanging out a lot, which we did! The most excitement was when a hummingbird flew into the house and we had to figure out how to escort it out. Though we had daytime temps in the 70s and low 80s, the working heater was welcome for the chilly mornings of December. Ask for the pool to be heated, you won’t be sorry! Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and food and shopping, close to the airport, but we weren’t bothered by airplane noise at all. The decor is cheerful, lots of yellow! I am a painter, and I managed to create a lovely painting of the pool area with its yellow cushions land umbrellas. The house is also walking distance to a long walking trail and nice park. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay; zero complaints!
