Although the property had not yet undergone my final inspection after cleaning, I immediately worked with Vrbo to accommodate your request and personally met you at the property so your family could begin your stay without delay. During our walkthrough, we discovered that the previous guest had removed the shower head and taken the parking permit. Rather than asking you to wait, I immediately purchased a replacement shower head and personally installed it that same evening while your family enjoyed dinner so the bathroom would be fully functional upon your return. During the visit, I also learned that your family had brought a pet rabbit that had not been disclosed before arrival, despite my house rules requiring pets to be disclosed in advance. I chose not to make this an issue because my priority was ensuring your family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Throughout your stay, our communications were warm and positive. You wrote that you "really like it here," "truly appreciate your hospitality," and even asked to extend your reservation.
