Large 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps 13 and boasts a wonderful back yard that steps right to the water. Enjoy the water views from the spacious back yard, perfect for outdoor games and sports. Relax and enjoy a meal on the deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill. plenty of living space for a large group of friends or family. The kitchen was remodeled with higher end appliances, it also has a nice breakfast bar and great cooking area. The large living room is filled with comfortable furniture and flat screen television along with dining area that faces the water and back patio. Back patio has outdoor dining area and seating along with gas grill and views of the water as well. Nice large grassy yard area great for outdoor sports and games.

This special home offers a master bedroom with two Queen beds and a private bath and a portable air conditioning unit. There are also four additional bedrooms and they are all sunny and bright. On the left side of the house, the second bedroom has two bunkbeds each with a double on the bottom and twin on the top, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a bath with shower across from these two bedrooms. On the right side of the house the fourth and fifth bedrooms have two Twin beds each side by side. Another bath with shower is located on this side of the house across from these bedrooms. The half bath is located off the kitchen/living room area.

Property offers wireless internet, an enclosed outdoor shower and a floating dock for mooring a small boat. Truly a great house to share the Summer together!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
