Was a nice cozy cabin with a beautiful view of the river from the back porch. Made for an amazing spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Very close to Dollywood. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Didn’t have check in information had to call. Hot tub lid was messed up.Beds wasn’t comfortable. Just lacked cleanliness. Tv in bedroom didn’t work. Coffee pot barely warm. Down stairs shower didn’t get hot.

The cabin was nice and all but the cabin was dirty found bugs on the counter that was behind the cutting board. The floors needed swept and mopped. The oven was dirty and dishwasher was dirty on the outside. Looked like nobody dusted in a very long time.

To start we were not able to get into the cabin until after check-in. I had to message and then call for the key code! When we finally got into the cabin it was 44 degrees! It took 4 hours for the cabin to heat up. We actually end up going to the dollar store to pick up a heater for our room. Supposedly the housekeeper had been in there to clean but I feel like they would have left heat off when they knew there would be new guests checking in. Washing machine did not work. Let the host know and was told they didn’t know that it wasn’t working. Asked if they could send someone out to look at and said yes but never heard back. They did know the washer was not work due to other guests telling them at the beginning of the month. The back door had to be locked with the dead bolt due to the door frame being broken. The fireplace blower did not work properly so it was putting out heat like it should have. The housekeeper had not changed the

Volleyball fun

It was absolutely sirene and such a beautiful stay. The house was amazing! Enough room for my family and dogs. We loved the hot tub and it overlooking the river! We will be back again.

AMAZING STUNNING BEAUTIFUL CABIN RIGHT ON RIVER VERY PEACEFUL QUITE AND PET FRIENDLY, WE ARE NOW LOOKING TO RELOCATE TO THE AREA….. WONDERFUL HOST CHRIS AND VERY OUTGOING AND CONCERNING VERY FRIENDLY TO MAKE SURE OUR VACATION WAS TOP NOTCH!!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN CHRIS YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

Fall Break Getaway

Lovely cabin in a nice location. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the river, watching the sunset, and relaxing in the hottub.Our boys had fun playing air hockey and games on the arcade machine. The only hiccup with our stay was wasp. A quick trip to the dollar store for wasp spray and we were back to relaxing on the balcony.

When we arrived past 8 at the cabin we could not get in . The owners or agent never sent over the normal email all vrbo ones normally do . No keypad nothing till we messaged then they called . We had laundry later that night to do after messing with the washing machine for over an hour and half . We never got it to work just had soaked soapy clothes . We sent a message no response the next day . We sent another message and got a response repair guy would be out between 2-4 and we don’t have to stay they would give them the code . We placed all the wet soapy clothes in the sink . Beings we figured the washer would work that afternoon . We got home and yet again didn’t work . We contacted the owner again which he stated he didn’t know what the guy did . So he would have to find the invoice since it still did t work . We ended up hand washing the whole entire load in the sink by hand . Which was awful we never heard from the owner or agent again . Second they leave u 4 towels for your whole stay that’s it plus you can’t wash them . There where some other things the hot tub was super low on water made awful filter sucking noises till we filled it . Also they don’t tell you this is on a main road . The traffic is awful all hours of the day it never stops . So if you’re a light sleeper you don’t sleep . The place was clean . The cabin does stay really cold . Due to the thermostat kicking it non stop to 65 .

Nice place

Liked everything about the cabin but its proximity to a busy road and the hot tub on its last legs. You are parking about 10 feet off a fairly busy road so you are awaken each morning to rush hour traffic. Out back you are sitting right on the river which is awesome, but being so close to the main road, not so awesome. Hot tub is pretty worn out so you are just sitting in the hot water. Good location in proximity to local attractions, but too close to the road for my liking. Host was great and responsive. I didnt ask the host about the hot tub as the control panel was obviously broken and there is nothing that can really be done other than replacing it.

It wasn't visitor ready.

There were a lot, lot of cobwebs by the main door. The toilets in both bathrooms were dirty. The floors needed sweeping and the carpet in the downstairs bedroom was stained and looked like it had not been thoroughly vacuumed in a while. There were no curtains on windows that needed them so that the sun would not heat up the cabin and to keep people from seeing in. The curtains on the patio doors were ripped in places and did not help keep the sun out. The blinds on the 1st floor bedroom were broke and we had to use a pillow to block the light, from the sun and car headlights at night (cabin is on busy road). We had to used Fiberglass Filters that we found to cover up the 1st floor bathroom window so no one could see in and to keep the sun out. The grass was not cut and was very tall. We had to call the co-host to have someone come over to cut it so we could walk to the yard. Some nails were sticking up on deck. There was no clear/safe way to enter the creek behind the house into the water. The yard was very sloped and to step down into the creek was quite a drop off. The pictures that were shown in the Vrbo ad were not showing the true picture. The area that was cleared was the cabin next door. There was no instruction on how to use the tv/remote. Would I recommend this cabin to a friend or a customer, no I would not, unless all the negatives were fixed or repaired. We have stayed at cabins thru Vrbo and never had a problem like this. We are attaching some photos.

Drive way

Its really hard to pull out of the property. The bushes need to be removed as you cannot see to pull out to the left of the road. Everything else was great. On the River and nice and clean.

Shocked

This cabin sits very close to a very busy road. Very noisy, very dirty. Sadly disappointed!No forks, couple knives was it. Fought mice the entire three days!Run back ,forth in kitchen constantly. Sofa was filthy, bedding worn out. Mouse poop literally everywhere! !Rver
