House has several antiques that are family heirlooms from England 1800s (Grandma is British). It’s a traditional old fashioned home that Grandma has shared with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren!

Our home is located in the Montgomery Estates. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with mostly locals that enjoy the Tahoe lifestyle. Walking distance to a popular hiking trail that has many streams and views.

I recommend using Lyft / Uber. Bike and walking/running is good too.

Near Tesla Charging station:
4143 Cedar Ave, South Lake Tahoe 5.2 miles

Occupancy: 8 guests who are 6 years of age and older. Children who are 5 under do not count against occupancy.

If you are traveling in the winter, you will need to make sure that you are equipped to drive up safely. If there is a snow storm, be mindful of possibly having to stay an extra day or arrive a day late per roads being closed. There will be no compensation for power outages per being a result in a uncontrollable situation for the host to rectify. Ask me for weather updates and road news before traveling up.
