The sound of the ocean fills the whole house which gets a gentle breeze most of the year. This cottage has a well appointed kitchen & gas bbq on the large lanai. It's bright interior is comfortably furnished and there is plenty of room to stretch out on the decks & beach. There is a full kitchen upstairs and another kitchenette in the studio that has an under-counter refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate and coffee pot. The home has all king beds plus a pull out queen sofa in the studio downstairs. This is the perfect place for ocean sports, or just sitting back with a good book & a glass of wine. Don't be surprised if you see giant sea turtles swim up to say hello. You can let the rest of the world melt away in this little piece of heaven.

Right below the house is a perfect little white sand beach accessed only by the 5 homes on the property and by boat.
