Amazing property and location

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The home was the perfect size with areas for both adults and kids. The owner was very responsive. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This was a golf weekend get away.

The place was great. Plenty of room. It had all the amenities we needed. It was real close to the Owls nest were we golfed. The view was incredible. Great place.

Beautiful Views!

This condo has amazing sunsets and views across the valley! The inside was lovely as well; clean, well-appointed, and very cozy. The owners were wonderful through the entire process. This is a special spot!

Absolutely perfect

They are not kidding when they say there are views - absolutely gorgeous. This place was perfect for our family with two kids and my older parents for the week. The set up is perfect - with four levels - for spreading out and having privacy while also being cozy. The fireplace and views in the main room made it the perfect place to relax after snowboarding or sledding, and the lofted area with foosball was fantastic for my 13 and 8 year olds. Everything was clean and comfortable - great beds, lots of blankets, etc. - and anything you could possibly need in a vacation house was there. The kids and dog had a blast on the sledding hill, and we used the community center a few times as well for swimming. Even though this is a condo it feels very private and remote, yet is only 10 minutes from the town and 15 from Waterville. Would recommend having 4wd if you are up in the winter - I would have been nervous to drive after a snowstorm without it on the hills. Overall, the absolute perfect vacation home. We had no issues but the owners were fantastic with communication and help answering questions. Hope to go back next winter!!!

Great place

This property has everything that you need and more. It is spacious and clean. My kids enjoyed swimming and fishing. The views from the deck were beautiful. We hope to be back soon!!

Great views and all the room you could need

The views were amazing! We loved watching the sunset from the deck every night! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus our dog. Dave’s place was so comfortable it felt like home. He really thought of everything you might need. It was also close to popular tourist attractions but yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for an incredible vacation in the mountains.

Our vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The view is spectacular and the property is near several attractions. We assumed that the Community Center was within walking distance and were surprised when we realized that we had to drive to it. It wasn’t a problem at all, and we enjoyed the center.

Beautiful location

Location & view were both amazing. Very nice staff at the community center. Property Manager was very nice and easily accessible.we are naturally loud family so the condos being so close together was a tiny issue while at our stay our neighbors said they could not hear us at all but they also received complaints of them being too loud we also did not hear them at all so not sure what that was about. Overall everything else was amazing.

Perfect family getaway

We had a great trip with a spacious condo with a gorgeous view. Plenty of things to do at the Waterville center but also within driving distance. We will hopefully be back again!

Just Right for Our Group

This was the second time that we have rented from David. The condo itself, with its 4+ bedrooms, and the location are just right for my group of old-timers. We had another enjoyable stay !

Great Quiet Location!

The view was gorgeous! The property owners were great to deal with and communicated fast and effectively. The property is large and kept up quite nicely. I would 100% stay at this location again and 100% recommend.

Views

This place does have an amazing view. It's a little off the beaten path, which severed us well as we we there over the weekend of 10/4 and the more popular areas (e.g. Franconia Notch and Kancamagus Hwy.) were overrun with bumper to bumper traffic. Condo is well appointed and owner was very accommodating with restaurant recommendations, etc.

Nice place to stay!

Nice condo with lots of sleeping space and a great view - good area to ski too, although we went in the summer. It’s on a (well kept) dirt road, so may want to consider for the winter months if you have a small car

Perfectly located for all NH adventures. The views were incredible, especially with morning coffee and post-dinner relaxation.

Perfect Home Away From Home

I was incredibly impressed with this location. The house itself is incredibly comfortable and somehow instantantly makes you feel welcome! Everything was clean, well stocked and did I say comfy? The pictures don't do the views here justice, having a coffee on the porch in the morning with the view of the mountains was the best way to start the day. There's so much to do in the area as well. Perfectly place for families, plenty of room. Overall we had a blast and will definitely be planning a trip up here again soon!

Amazing views, great location, lots of room

We rented this property for a family trip to celebrate my parents’ 50 anniversary. There were 4 kids (10,11, 13 & 14), 8 adults and 2 spoiled dogs! The views are breathtaking and the end unit really gave us lots of space. Campton is a perfect location, close to Lincoln, close to Plymouth. We loved shopping at the general store just a couple minutes away and enjoyed pizza, ice cream, and Mad River coffee shop - all just a few minutes ride from the Condo. Communication with the owners was great - super responsive. We were traveling just a few weeks into Phase II of COVID-19 reopening, so we weren’t able to use the community center but it looked great.

Campton family ski vacation

Lots of space and beds. Kitchen well supplied with everything for cooking. Excellent location with exceptional views. Plenty of room for the kids to entertain themselves. Good experience overall. Owner responsive.

Family weekend

Plenty of room for our group. Beautiful view of the mountains from the living room. The wood stove was great— it really emits a lot of heat and it’s very efficient. My concern was the steep winding roads we had to navigate. I worried about the kids all weekend.

Everything you could ask for

We had a wonderful 3 night stay with 7 adults and 2 children. It was our third house in Waterville Estates and by far our favorite. The best view, the best layout, the most comfortable beds, the most attentive hosts, and the best stocked home. Highly recommend!

Spacious, but cozy, with awesome views!

This condo met our needs perfectly. Close to the highway for heading further north and close to Waterville Valley where we met with extended family. Plenty of room, well-equipped, beautiful view, and tranquil setting. To top it off, Dave was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Our new Christmas Tradition

My heart is huge right now. My Daughter is pregnant with twins and has other children as well. She came up to Campton with her husband and family for our Christmas. There were no presents and ipads and phones went away. We met my son up there as well with his children. Everyone laughed and enjoyed family not malls. The best gift for me was being there together and hearing my grandson wake up Saturday morning and exclaim WOOOWWW when he saw the view in the daylight. We let people sleep and went out to make snow angels. The place was amazing thank you.

spacious house

It's a good location. So many trails and the view from the property is so spectacular. Dave gave us detailed explanations for everything we needed. We spent the Thanksgiving holidays there and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, the Community center was closed, but we should expect that.
