➞ I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid passport or Emirates ID for all guests aged 18+ prior to the check-in date.

Your ID will only serve the following purposes:
1. Notify the building security to allow you access
2. Register your stay with tourism authorities

➞ Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. AED 149 per hour for late check-out.

➞ The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

➞ Please treat the access cards with care, as lost or damaged cards will incur a replacement fee of AED1,000 each.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED5,000 for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
