Only unit in complex with a back patio area to enjoy a quite coffee . Reviews for 2018 and later where for our upper unit we sold . This lower unit we have rented from mid 2019 onwards, and are the current photos.

I like to enjoy my morning coffee in the pool just steps away, then stroll down to the beach about 300 yards away to get the day started with long beach walk . Head out the gate to the right , make another right and straight to beach .

This area of the beach is where you start off your sunset cruise if you decide on doing that . All the boat tours and some dive tours leave from here. The boats ancorge just off shore from here as it's a bit protected from a small island off shore . I find this the best place for a nice swim, not much chance of any undertow here. Going either directions will get you into more surf, and more surfers ! Warning ! Aways keep your head up for big waves any where you swim,
and watch for undertow, especially on more open beachs . We wouldn't want to loss you . Water is about 86f all the time . Can you tell I am a parent ?

Back on the beach , you can enjoy a cold drink from most restaurants or bars, for a few bucks , happy hour is great to watch some fantastic sunsets. There are lots of spots to chill , More on that later.

Theres a shower by the pool to wash the sand off you feet and other parts , before cooling off in the pool or taking your partner out on the town . There are some amazing restaurants here, and a good selection of budget and tastes . Enjoy live music almost every night somewhere in town, the farmers market on Thursays .
Left at the gate and left at second street, and you see the heard of people across the roadway.

Your accomaditations is a two story end unit, the Ground floor opens up to an open plan living, dining and kitchen with a 1/2 bathroom and a pantry area out of sight , where you find a full size washer dryer and the essentials for the beach , snorkel gear , beach chairs and beach towels and several types of coolers .
Screens on patio doors and windows, if you like a cool breeze thought condo .

The main floor upgrads, we have done include, extra lighting , new AC unit , extra electrical outlets , 50 inch wall mounted smart tv, supplied with netflex, large dinning table . And for your safety commercial grade automatic emergency lighting on the ground floor and at the top of the stairs. Plus each room has special light bulbs that work when the power goes out. Yes we get the odd very short power {BROWN OUT} once in awhile .
The living room couch is a high quality sofa bed, if you need extra space.
The second floor comes with a King size bed in master with a Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, the Master bathroom has patio over looking the courtyard and pool. The Queen bedroom has a window that looks out into the green space . Both bedrooms have separately controlled Air Conditioning and SEPERATE private bathrooms with walk in showers. And if your not sold yet , both beds have memory foam mattress tops on them , they are so comfy! The 2nd bathroom was remodeled in 2021, and now has a rain shower and not a single 6 by 6 white tile anymore.

Internet with WiFi is throughout condo ! Wifi reaches the pool area as well .

Some overall information!

The complex here comes with 2 courtyards each has a pool, and an outdoor eating area. We are located on the good edge of town just out of noise at night. Just a short walk to many restaurants, sports bar, shops, and of course, the beach!
If you rent a car there is Plenty of parking on either side of the security guard house. Or on the street.
We have some great full time neighbors , to watch over the place for us and a friendly Canadian, Spanish and English Speaking property management .
We owned and rented the condo out that is above ours for several years with good reviews but just sold it . Now we are on the ground level just 12 steps to the pool. One owner is Canadian from Vancouver and the other from Seattle area.

The owners are past World Record Sand Sculpture winners and 3 time Guinness World Record Holder for tallest hand built Sand Sculpture and longest sand sculpture over 20 miles ! Check out Owner Russ Leno's Web page on line !

Summary

You can start your day with a nice Coffee on either one of 2 Patios, then play all day the beach, get refreshed in one of 2 pools at our building before going out to one of so many great restaurants ( or cook up a meals in a fully supplied Kitchen) and stroll the main street for and enjoy the cool night air or relax and catch up on your favorite Netflix shows on the smart flat screen TVS wall mounted in the bedrooms.
In both the king and queen beds we have added extra memory foam mattresses.
