➤ Please note that all guests must submit copies of their passports before the check-in date, as required by both building management and the Dubai Tourism Department.


➤ Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 300 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1500 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.


➤ The access to the kids indoor playground might be charged by building management


➤Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged up to AED 500 per card.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
