We had a great experience hosting Sherron! We would definitely be happy to host them again. They were prompt to communicate and followed all house rules. They even checked out early!! 😊

It was an absolute pleasure hosting the Fagan family. They were wonderful guest-friendly, communicative, and respectful of our space. We'd welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to host!

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you found our home clean and the two living areas nicely furnished. However, we would like to clarify several statements in this review for the benefit of future guests. Our listing specifically describes the sleeping arrangements, including the bed sizes and the downstairs man cave. The man cave does contain a bed as well as a recliner and provides additional sleeping space. Because we frequently host groups visiting Tuscaloosa for Alabama football games and other events, we allow up to 8 guests and are comfortable with guests utilizing the two living-room sofas, including the sectional, for additional sleeping space if needed. Guests who prefer additional dedicated sleeping surfaces are also welcome to bring an air mattress, for which there is ample room. Contrary to the statement that there was no extra bedding, we have a closet stocked with additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for our guests. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen necessities. Our professional cleaning service cleans the home between every reservation, including the kitchen and cookware. We understand that some guests may prefer to purchase or use their own cookware; however, cookware is provided. We also provide a basket of complimentary travel-size toiletries as a courtesy for guests who may have forgotten an item. These are simply optional convenience items provided at no additional charge. We appreciate constructive feedback and continually look for ways to improve our guests’ experience. At the same time, we want future guests reading this review to have an accurate understanding of the property and the amenities provided. We encourage all prospective guests to review the listing details, photographs, bed sizes, and sleeping arrangements to ensure the home meets the specific needs and preferences of their group before booking.

It was an absolute pleasure hosting Sam and his family. They were wonderful guest-friendly, communicative, and respectful of our space. They left the place just as they found it. We'd welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to hosts.

Christopher and his family were exemplary guests, showing great care for our home and treating it respectfully. We would not hesitate to recommend them to other hosts and would gladly welcome them back.

Thank you so much! You guys were awesome as well! Thank you for doing the extra steps of cleaning that we did not ask for. It was such a pleasure hosting you and your crew and making your stay special. We definitely hope to see you back when you visit Tuscaloosa again. 😊
