This chic 1-bedroom cabin features a comfortable queen bed, with crisp white cotton linens & fluffy pillows that opens to big sliding glass door walkout to large deck with generous table and chairs, thick cushions and view of a golf course and sunsets. This unique historical and private 550 Sq. Ft. cedar cabin is perfectly situated in a private gated community in forest alongside an abundance of wildlife. Birds, wild turkey wander freely.Enjoy the convenience of modern amenities like fluffy towels and crisp white linens, full kitchen & cookware,smart tv, overhead fan, AC unit for comfort, alternatively is an over head heater and space heaters provided for cooler nights. 12’ X 20 spacious furnished deck make a holiday experience with large table and swivel chairs, overstuffed seating cushions are in the deck bin.Summertime access to community pool in the park run by the city with lifeguards.A private shower and screened covered terrace areas located 5 minute walk.A washer/dryer available at the shower facility while you stay at a cabin. Enjoy this private gated community cabin situated at the end of the road, away from close neighbours nestled in manicured gardens and flowering trees and great oaks. Also featured is the outdoor chiminea and seating off of the deck area for a crackling fire.

These guests seemed friendly and enjoying their stay at the cabin & enjoying pool and facilities. After departure, we found the cabin left quite disorderly. Furniture moved indoors & deck chairs allover the property, seat cushions, area rug outside & dishes left. The guest left a dirty toilet, excessive dog hair indoors, front mat that had to be disposed. The gardens were trampled in two places damaged by the dog and some by the guest by admission. The guests claimed negative comments were made to them but without verification. We wish the guests safe journey and close the transaction.

You really can’t complain, this is excellent for a nice cozy time away from home. We loved it here and slept very comfortably!

Had a great time, place was very peaceful. Enjoyed finding a place like this in Brampton as you would not expect to find a place like that. Host had everything listed and was very on top of things having anything you would need on hand! Great experience!

Great Retreat

I stayed in this rustic cabin for 3 days and loved it. A perfect place to get far away, and yet just a few minutes from any kind of store/food and an hour from Toronto. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming:)

This cabin is absolutely magical. The host was great with communication and answering questions. Very eclectic and cool space. Everything you need is provided. Will definitely be back to this gem!

A Must Read Review!please Beware of this Property!Well,I don't know where to start,I wish there wasn't a limit on the length of review and content as I could write a book on this experience! I will start by saying this was the worst experience my Wife and I ever had on our many travels across this country.First of all this place looks like a run down old Cub Scout camp built in the 1950's that has never been renovated.It is located adjacent a public park with a few gated roads off of it with No Trespassing signs on the gate.The host tell you to find a lockbox which ends up being on the gate for the park,not the gate for the private road to the cottage..Once we found the cottage,we walked in,took a look,, and left as fast as we could No Shower(you have to walk a 1)2 mile to share a dirty,mildew laden shower.No Insulation and just really creepy along with being like 40 degrees Celsius.We then reached out to the host and said,in my exact words.(The place is just too rough for us) and asked for a partial refund along with the 80 she charged us for cleaning,lol Her response was to go right on the defensive about the condition telling me that the place was beautiful and described exactly in the pics and then told me to go back and stay.Besides the lack of amenities.The other cabins and people staying there look like something out of a Horror Movie.Very strange and Rude.The host will also tell you that if anyone asks ,tell them you are her Friend,lol,Beware, please read reviews!!

We are sorry for Shaun who is poor at reading comprehension. We cannot understand how difficult it is to retrieve a key from a lockbox. This beautiful little cabin is historical and a heritage building, not a hotel, inside a private property & old growth forest. Situated at the end of a private road, the cabin is totally restored with everything new, 100 cotton bedding, fluffy pillows wood flooring, appliances, AC, Starlink etc. Shaun knows how to stretch a story and insulted many people he disturbed before he arrived. The historical cedar cabin is clean and snug. Shaun wanted drywall and we are sorry there’s no need for that in a seasonal cabin. Shaun had all sorts of complaints before he opened the door. Shaun is an unhappy person in general. Days inn always has room, this lovely private cabin is an experience.

Loved the cabin. Quiet and very private location. I took my wife here for our first wedding anniversary along with our dog Gia. We had a wonderful weekend. Got to see a musical show hosted by the locals. Very pet friendly. A dog bed in the cabin, a leash outside and two water bowls. A really cool tree house is on the property but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to go up there. Will be back again.

No bath tub or shower in unit. 2.7 km walk to public pool to acess public shower facilities. No reliable air conditioner and no inter net. All these amenities are listed available in ad. I vacated unit after one day causd it was a hot box. No convienent store for miles. I dont drive and recovering from recent surgery. One night was enuff for me to follow through with refund request.

well its very old school we had the water shut off 1 day early then we founf there was people at night running around with flashlight we tried to confront them they ran away there holes in the wall and so.ething hit my gf in the head as were were sitting on the couch a big wodden replica of a gun

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the very clean cabin in the woods. This unique and rustic cedar cabin is everything presented in multiple pictures and written description. This poor review did not say they hadn’t received what is listed. The listing actually has more amenities then listed. The cabin is listed as seasonal. There was no communication regarding the water however, as they told staff, there was a water dispenser with extra bottles provided. No evidence nor communication provided concerning “ holes in walls”?! The cabin is set on a community of other cabins and I’m concerned these guests. “ chased off” alleged people walking in the evening with flashlights. This guest used the bathroom sink as a toilet. There was food wrapped into the new bedding, food and poop on floor, overflowing garbage and many liquor bottles. The dog poop was not cleaned up on the property and damage to the landscape by the dog digging holes. Garbage & cigarette butts everywhere on the grounds. The fire pit was broken. In closing I will say that I reviewed this guest stay before attending the property. They seemed ok… I would not rent an outhouse to this guest.
