The Owl's Nest is a charming chalet nestled in Potton, right on the shores of Sugar Loaf Lake, offering an unparalleled proximity to the water ! Take in breathtaking sunrises from the comfort of the chalet or while gliding across the serene lake on a paddleboard, where only the soothing call of loons interrupts the peace, as motorboats are not permitted here.

The Space:

The chalet features an open-concept layout that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room, benefiting from abundant sunlight thanks to its many windows overlooking the lake. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for great recipes (SodaStream, coffee maker, Ninja blender, raclette oven, fondue set, etc.).



There’s a small workspace with a fast wifi connection and a lake view, ensuring you won’t feel like you’re working at all! A gas fireplace keeps the chalet cozy all year long.



The chalet has two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and wardrobes. You’ll also find a washer and dryer.



The lakeside deck features a BBQ and dining space, allowing you to stay outside until sunset.



In the summer, you’ll spend most of your day relaxing on the dock and swimming in the lake. A canoe, kayak, two paddleboards, life jackets, and fishing gear are available for your use.



In winter, the landscapes are just as beautiful as they are in summer. There are many trails for hiking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing near the cottage and you can also head to Owl's Head for great alpine skiing. Jay Peak is also just around the corner.



All essentials (sheets, towels, toilet paper) are provided so you can focus on what matters: relaxing!



We are gradually updating the furnishings, so don’t be surprised if some items in the chalet differ from the photos.

The property has three parking spaces.

It’s easy to walk around the lake!

10 minutes to Owl's Head ski resort and golf course

10 minutes to Spa Bolton

10 minutes to a bakery and café, restaurant and grocery store.
