Spacious Oceanview 8-bedroom house with WiFi, AC & Pool in tranquil Holden Beach

Nestled in Holden Beach, this enchanting house boasts 8 bedrooms, including 6 king beds, 6 twin beds, and 2 queen beds. With 9 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind after a day on the beach. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like large swimming pool, WiFi, AC, and double washer and dryers. We hope you enjoy what our place and Holden Beach has to offer. Kitchen is fully equipped with two large sinks, two dishwashers, two full-size refrigerators and all the appliances you need to make just about anything your family wants to eat. With Large porches on both front and back of the house, you and your guests have plenty of room to set and relax after a long day at the beach or at the pool. The public beach access is just a short walk east of the house. Coming soon will be more pictures as we put the final touches on the house. We will have a blackstone flattop grill for outdoor food prep. We are very excited to share our property and all that Holden Beach has to offer to our guests. Stay tuned more to come!! We recently just added a tiki bar for relaxing by the pool

This house is amazingly well laid out & perfectly stocked with all the things you may need! Jason & Linda did a great job of communicating what items are there for guest use and what the guests need to provide on their own. There were no surprises except for the bedrooms (which were ALL lovely) the pool and tiki bar area (perfect for family gatherings) and the extremely well stocked kitchen with every dish, pan and gadget you could possibly need. Well done - we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay for an extended family weekend! It was perfect! The house is practically brand new and careful attention was put into each detail. In addition to the layout of the house being great for a large group, everything you could need was there. You could tell that a lot of thought was given into making sure everyone has an enjoyable stay and has what they need. There are also lots of personal touches in the kitchen and living area which was very nice to see with a new build. The location and views are great. Beach access is close and carts, chairs, etc. are provided. There was plenty of parking. And don’t miss out on the tiki bar! Like everything else, careful attention to detail was put into it with lots of fun touches. Jason and Linda provided very clear communication ahead of and during our stay and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We had family join us from California and Massachusetts and everyone wants to come back and stay here again! We can’t wait! It truly was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had.

Family Beach Trip

I can not say enough wonderful things about this property! The house is absolutely beautiful and furnished/stocked with everything you would want or need- no detail was missed! The pool and tiki area are also amazing and the house is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Last but not least, the owners were lovely to work with and very responsive. We already booked again for next year!

The perfect beach house!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The house was supplied with everything you might need to cook for a large group and make the stay comfortable and seamless. Check in was super easy and straightforward. We had a few questions before we arrived and communication with the owners was prompt, clear, and they were extremely accommodating. The house is about a three minute walk to public beach access. The pool is amazing and has an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after the beach and before using the pool. We loved using the blackstone grill for a couple of dinners. The view from the top floor is beautiful, straight out to the ocean. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs (two kings and one of the bunk bed rooms) and the rest of the rooms are on the lower level. The upstairs king and bunk beds have the shared bathroom. The beds were comfy, the showers had beautiful tile and great water pressure, and we had a crib, pack and play, and a high chair for our one-year-old! The elevator was great for moving in luggage and coolers and was a blessing for older family, too! We had family ages one to 77 and everyone loved this house. Thank you Jason and Linda for an incredible stay!

Family vacation at the Seapuppy

Our family had the best vacation on Holden Beach at the Seapuppy. Everything about this property was perfect. The house throughout was stocked with everything we needed and more. The pool was so nice and we all enjoyed spending majority of our day out by it. Prior to our stay, I asked questions and received answers so quickly. The owners are the best to work with.We would definitely stay again.

Every need for our large family ranging from senior to toddler was found in this vacation paradise. The views, the elevator, the pool with loads of seating inside and outside the home. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you for hosting our family at your place

Relaxing Visit at Holden Beach

My family had the opportunity to be one of the first guests to stay at this magnificent home at Holden Beach NC. Everything about our stay and experience was great. The owners are very responsive during booking and with questions. Check in was a breeze as the key was waiting at the house for us. The house, appliances, and furniture are all new. This is a place where you can take a crowd. There are six king beds with their own bathrooms, so every couple gets a great room…no fighting over the best room. There are two bunk rooms for the kids. The bathrooms are very luxurious with custom tile work. The beds are very comfortable. The elevator makes moving luggage in easy. When you reach the top floor with the main living area and kitchen, the view of the Atlantic Ocean is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to host a crowd or prepare large meals. Two sinks, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two coffee stations with a large eating table and island provide plenty of space and seating. The house has four porches which is nice so you can spread out the crowd. One of our favorite features is the oversized pool with tons of lounge chairs and the awesome tiki bar with seating for a crowd. The tiki bar and pool lights are really cool at night. There is also a Blackstone for cooking by the pool, numerous beach chairs, wagons to haul beach gear and plenty of parking. Overall, this is one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever vacationed in. Book and enjoy!
