Bordering Solana Beach to the south and Carlsbad to the north Cardiff is a popular visitor destination, especially for surfers, beach-goers, cyclists, and Legoland fans! The contrast of beachside living with a traditional neighborhood feel makes this community a distinctive and desirable place to stay.

When you're not at the beach, enjoy your condo in a gated community with a private balcony overlooking a tree covered hillside. The heated pool and jacuzzi are a couple of steps away. You'll have access to a washer/dryer in the unit, built-in microwave and oven, fully stocked kitchen, tennis courts, sparkling swimming pool and relaxing spa, hi-tech fitness center, a basketball court, corporate-style business center, and an assigned covered parking space right outside the condo.

Conveniently located west of Interstate 5 and located within walking distance to world-class beaches, coastal shopping, and restaurants. The community showcases an arts community, yoga studios, ocean sports, and a linear organic community park with plenty of biking opportunities. Surf lovers will find themselves at home with Cardiff Reef, a very popular beach park and surf spot in Cardiff. Lastly, the community is nearby the new Encinitas Community Park, a 44-acre recreational area featuring multi-use sports fields, a huge skate park, and jungle gym set. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed with a huge closet and bath with bathtub/shower combo. The second bedroom boasts bunkbeds each with a full bed that comfortably sleeps up to 4 children. There is an additional bath in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. The bunk beds are incredibly comfortable, so suitable for adults as well. Additionally there is a queen pull out sofa in the living room which we will provide bedding, pillows and blankets for upon request. If you have an infant/toddler, we can provide a crib/playpen as well (please note this in your message when booking).

Full kitchen with huge fridge, stove, microwave, oven and dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, etc.. You will have access to your own washer and dryer too at no charge! We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

We provide beach towels, boogie boards, cooler and umbrella so you can easily enjoy the nearby beaches. We recommend driving to carry all the gear. There is ample parking at all of the state beaches. After an exciting day soaking up the California sun, unwind with a glass of wine on your private balcony or go soak in the jacuzzi.

You’ll love our home for its chill ambiance, privacy, and central location. The condo is great for families, couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Not perfect for party animals as you will be on in a quiet residential community.
