🍽️ Dining & Shopping: Walk to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops, including an ice cream parlor and local pub.
🏛️ Historic Downtown: A short drive brings you to Historic Downtown St. Augustine, featuring local boutiques, dining, and cultural attractions.
🎾 Recreation: The complex’s amenities include a large pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Additionally, a boat launch and fishing pier are next door, making it ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Bike and beach rentals available.
Getting Around:
🚶♂️Many local attractions, including the beach, restaurants, and shops, are within easy walking distance from the condo.
🚗 Convenient parking is available at the complex. A short drive will take you to Historic Downtown St. Augustine, local shopping centers, and more.
🚴 The area is bike-friendly with covered bike parking provided in the complex. Explore nearby trails and scenic routes. (Bike storage is not covered).
🚌 While public transit options are limited, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for getting around the area.

📌Note: The screen door for the main entrance is currently being replaced. The home remains safe, secure, and fully functional during this time.
💳Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.
🚭 Smoking is not allowed.
🚫 Parties are strictly prohibited.
🐾 Pets are allowed with pet fee and prior approval. 1 dog maximum OR 2 cats maximum. If rules are violated, HOA fees will be guest responsibility.
📌For stays of 21 days or longer, a $100 deep cleaning fee will be added. We will coordinate payment at the time of booking.

Fun family getaway
We had a great stay at this location. We were 2 adults, 3 kids. The location was great as it was very close to the beach - easy to walk to. Surprisingly, our kids really took to pickleball and played a lot which was fun. The interior of the unit was very nice as well. Kitchen was well stocked with items for simple meal prep.

There was no downside to this property. My family and I enjoyed our stay and made it our home away from home. We had everything we needed to make it through the week as so many items were provided that we would normally bring. Our dogs loved it as well, as everyone was so friendly with them. The pool was clean and the beach was only footsteps away. My family loved it so much that we can't wait to come back for our next beach visit.

This place was awesome, we really enjoyed our stay. We traveled with a toddler and a dog, and it was perfect for our family. The apartment is well decorated, has comfortable furniture and beds, and is well equipped with kitchen essentials. The unit is in a great location. Very close to the beach - and they provided a ton of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, wagon). We loved basing able to use the pool and community amenities as well. All-in, this place was perfect for our beach getaway! We will certainly book again if we come back to the area. We have already sent the listing to a few friends!

Kitchen, pans were unusable. Toaster was disgusting. Blood & dirty pillow shams in guest room.Stained mattress pad in master bedroom. Living room rug was filthy & the sofa very worn. Black mold on walls in alcove. While they did make an effort to replace the pans & toaster the kicker for me was after check out we will look into it. I’d rather they would have done it while we were there. The cleanliness just didn’t meet my standards. It’s a shame as I think this was just renovated last year. Would not stay here again.

Following your stay, we completed a comprehensive refresh of the unit, which included a full kitchen inventory replacement, a professional deep-cleaning of all soft goods and rugs, and a thorough inspection and treatment of the alcove area. We have also refined our pre-arrival inspection process to ensure our high standards are consistently met. While we were glad to provide new items during your visit, we have used this experience to ensure our maintenance response is even more seamless moving forward. The property is in top condition, and we are committed to providing the premium experience our guests expect.
