Welcome to this gorgeous comfortable large villa in quiet leafy cul-de-sac street, with all day sun & fabulous views. This perfect home away from home has stunning features & is beautifully appointed.

The first level is the living areas, the second level has two large bedrooms with hotel quality super king beds ( can be made into 2x 2 singles) luxury bedding and a bathroom. There is a second bathroon toilet on the top floor. The villa is perfect for up to four people from couples to families with children.

The location is perfect, close to the City, Parnell shops & restaurants as well as easy access to Newmarket, The Domain, local beaches. The city centre is only a km away so you are close to everything the City has to offer in one of Aucklands oldest most established picturesque suburbs.

The villa has a lovely warm ambience with modern upgrades and original features designed to be inviting and easy to live in and with lots of room and space to enjoy. The high original pressed ceilings and detailing throughout the villa gives the space a French provincial feel.

Living:
There is a large open plan large lounge & dining, with a separate kitchen area and a second seated table for more relaxed dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for family meals including an air fryer and a coffee machine. There are ample plates, cutlery and glasses for entertaining. You can use the pantry basics and basic supplies are available in the fridge making your stay easy from the start.
The lounge has a large heat pump which warms the space to be cozy in Winter or cool in Summer. There are two generous comfortable sofas and extra large chairs to choose to relax. In the dining room there are two extra lounge chairs perfect for reading or relaxing.
Bedrooms:
The two large double bedrooms have super king size hotel quality beds upstairs which are designed to make you feel that you are in luxury accommodation. Both of these beds can be split to single configuration to cater for your family or group needs. There is ample wardrobe space in each room. These rooms share a bathroom.
The top floor has another bathroom & separate WC.
The linen is also hotel quality. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning. There are blinds and curtains in each room for privacy and sleeping.
The views from the front bedroom is spectacular across the city from the domain to the harbor, with stunning sunsets over the City and surrounds.
There is a full laundry with a new washing machine and dryer which is also and excellent space for storing excess luggage. The office on the ground floor has a desk and there are is a book shelf full of fiction and non fiction books to read.
Outdoors has lots of space with lawns, an established garden with fruit trees and outdoor furniture on both sides of the house to choose from. There is all day sun on the property and the house is private and quiet.
Guest access:
There is one OSP for your stay and parking permits available on requet. There are stairs from the road to the house.
