The place had everything we needed for our 3 day stay near Pittsburgh. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and the amenities were perfect! The hosts are wonderful too!

Host was very welcoming and communicative. Cozy stay with coffee, water, snacks, toiletries and fresh towels at the ready. They even had seasonal decor setup.

Communication was excellent, clean place to stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. Well stocked to make sure everything you need is available. Makes it feel like you are at home.

Weekend Visit

I came for my 30th high school reunion and brought my son (19) and daughter (18). We had an easy time getting into the city. It was perfect for the 3 of us. Nice extra touches.

Great little hidden gem

We needed a place for a single night for a school event . We traveled 5 hrs to find a wonderful place for us to nestle down for the evening. Was spacious, clean , perfect size for us . Had every amenity we need and then some,. Great location and the town ow Sewickley near by had great people , food and dessert. We loved it . Would highly recommend

It is a cozy bungalow

Very clean. The hosts were welcoming and very thoughtful. Lots of little extras like coffee cookies paper plates and cups holiday decorations large TV fireplace a deck that overlooks the town. The perfect place for a stay in the Beaver County, Pittsburgh suburb. Lots of local restaurants and things to do in Da’Burg! Would stay here again for sure!

Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. The stairs to the backyard are a bit steep but a vacant lot is available at the end of the street just 3 houses away. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and even though it was snowing while we were there, Ambridge Borough did a great job of clearing all of the main roads and salting the hills, so we had no trouble with the weather. We would definitely stay here again especially if we needed to bring our dog. We were in town to visit my mom in a retirement home in Cranberry. The host was very accommodating with contact info and offering help if needed, but we were content with everything just as it was.

Amazing property and an amazing stay. It was so sweet to see how the place was set up to accommodate dogs and also children. There were snacks and a totally equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom were located downstairs as well as a great laundry room. I have been on the road for three weeks and needed to clean some clothes. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. Good street parking. Communication with Lori and David was friendly and helpful. We were in town for the memorial of my father’s passing and this place made it easy for us to relax and rest. Thank you so much! If we are in town again, we will be back.

Quiet place to relax. The view from the deck is spectacular, the wildlife you see from the deck is stunning. Parking literally 10 feet from the front door makes unloading the car easy. The house is clean, the kitchen is stocked with what you need to make a meal, the beds are comfy, the water pressure is great, and you can take a HOT shower or bath. The hosts are very welcoming. Plenty of little snacks, tea bags, coffee pods, coffee grounds, French press, hot chocolate, and basics like ramen in case you want something a bit more substantial and didn’t bring it. A super nice touch was the bathroom stash. Along with the usual soap/shampoo/lotions, there was a fully stocked first aid kit, pain relievers, a few feminine hygiene products in case you have an unexpected start, a pack of toothbrushes in case you forgot yours, some disposable razors, etc. The hosts really stepped up and tried to cover all the little things we may need or forget to bring!

One of the best guests we have ever had!! Very courteous and communicated well. Patricia left our place very clean, above and beyond what you’d expect a normal guest would do. People like her make what we do so enjoyable! Just a class act through and through!
