*The Galena Territory contains 2 refuse centers that can be accessed with the proximity cards located in the house. Please do NOT overfill outside garbage cans as animals will get into any trash that is not securely bagged and secured within the outdoor garbage cans. PLEASE TAKE BAGGED AND RECYCLING MATERIALS to 1 of the 2 refuse centers. One is located on Mount Hope Road and the other is on North Brodrecht Road. The home is closest to the Mount Hope refuse site (234 Thunder Bay Rd, Galena, IL 61036). YOU MUST HAVE A PROXIMITY CARD WITH YOU IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE REFUSE SITE!

*No events, parties, or large gatherings
*MINIMUM age requirement of 25 years old to book
*Person booking property must be present at all times during the booked stay
*Additional fees may apply for some resort amenities (equestrian center, golf courses, boat rentals)
*Security will issue a warning for any disturbance or nuisance observed. A second occurrence within 24 hours will result in a fine assessed
*Use of hot tub and all/any other facilities are entirely at guests personal risk
*Loss of passes for access to Galena Territory amenities will result in a $50 fine assessed for every pass lost

The employed cleaning team prides themselves on meticulous cleaning practices which go above and beyond to ensure the hygienic safety and comfort of my guests. In addition to the standard cleaning services, my cleaning fee also includes professional hot tub cleaning/sanitizing with chemical balancing between each and every guest booking. Guests can relax and enjoy knowing that the hot tub has been cleaned prior to their stay. If the technician determines that the hot tub was not used properly by the guests, and is in need of a drain/refill/chemical balance, a $200 fee will be assessed.
