Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the house and the pool and screened in patio/pool area was wonderful! Close to the beach, grocery stores and the Mercado. It worked out great for our family!!

Stayed here with our family and one other for lacrosse tournaments and it was wonderful. Location is great, plenty of room for everyone, house was well stocked and owner /manager was super responsive. We loved it!

The Host answered all my questions effectively. The bathrooms had fragrance spray, qtips, cotton squares and good TP and towels and linens were plentiful and plush.The layout of the home is spacious with 6 Kings each with it's on en suite. Well, decorated, and easy to accommodate our group of adults. Nice pool, heated with ability to heat up hot tub. Thank you for the well-appointed home. JUST FYI- Esspresso machine requires DeScaling and did not work for us.

Great property and host!

We had 12 adults stay and it was SO nice to have 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom! The host was wonderful and she communicated well with us and made it really easy as well. Awesome stay and great location for our group! Definitely would recommend and stay there again if given the opportunity!

Our grandkids enjoyed the pool although it is not very big. They spent a lot of time in it and the hot tub. The house is spacious enough that the 10 of us did not feel crowded or on top of each other. Some of the beds could use new mattresses, especially the first floor bedroom that had a topper on half of it. We didn’t have access to the linen closet until about halfway through the stay. That meant no wash cloths or had towels / dish towels until then. Although there was a dishwasher there was not any dishwasher soap. The ice maker on the first floor didn’t work so we brought ice down from the second floor fridge. We had to replace the batteries in the front door lock as it started beeping and not working properly. Side door access meant this was not a significant issue. Yes, there were some drawbacks listed above but we felt the pluses far outweighed those. Plenty of parking with the driveway and second lot, so having multiple families with multiple cars was not an issue. Our host was accessible and responsive.

Great beautiful house for 12 or more

Excellent if you have 12 guests all the staples were there for your whole stay . House was clean and beautiful and new. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, 2 kitchens, great upstairs deck.Frigerator everywhere! Location close to everything. We loved the house and would rent rent again also plenty of parking 6 stars

Exactly what we expected

The house was just as shown online! Home was clean and extremely comfortable. Lavinia was extremely responsive and helpful l, especially with the coordination for having babies in the house. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and return!!

Beautiful Home! A Must Stay!!

Pictures do not do justice to this property! We were very impressed as soon as we walked into this beautiful home! Everything from the floors to the walls were stunning.The kids loved the second floor patio and the heated pool and hottub! Being in the home building industry I can tell you they did not skimp on the details! Our family loved the location as it was like 3 mins to Mercato and was approx 20 mins to downtown Naples 5th Ave. The beach was less then 5 mins as well! My family and I loved this home, and will be back next year!

Wow! This house was absolutely perfect for our large group. The listing was so accurate too which was refreshing! It did not disappoint. Pool and hot tub were warm. The location could not have been better. We were minutes from both the beach and Mercato. The host was accommodating and communicated promptly with us. Could not have asked for a better stay in Naples, FL!

We love that we can stroll to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach for breathtaking sunsets , bike over to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park to explore unspoiled natural beauty, or head around the corner to Mercato for upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment – all within minutes of our doorstep . The incredible walkability and easygoing lifestyle here means we hardly ever need a car, making every day feel like a carefree vacation. Naples Park truly has the best of everything: a laid-back yet refined coastal atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and an ideal location for vacationers. We couldn’t imagine a better spot to enjoy the Naples lifestyle and share this slice of paradise with our guests.
