6 bed Villa private pool 300m from beach

My place is close to the best beach in Pattaya, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Youll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the people.

Breakfast can be ordered from only 70 baht per person.

The house is of course fitted with free WiFi and international TV package. But who wants to watch TV, when there is a Pool table, a Foosball table, an outside bar and BBQ area by the pool ;) Please enjoy...

This fabulous 4BR Pool Villa, comes with 4 good sized bedrooms and 2 queen-sized sofa-beds, which makes it large enough to have 12 people staying. Right outside is an amazing garden, BBQ and swimming pool area.

Inside the condo you have a large living room, with Pool Table and a large sofa/TV area, where you can relax after a long day out and/or look movies on the flat-screen. There is also a complete kitchen, if you feel like doing your own cooking.

In an attached room, you find a walk-in closet, at Foosball table and a work desk. Its conveniently located right next to Jacuzzi bathroom, if you feel like a more private relax time.

Remember, the beach is only 300m away, if you feel like a dip in the ocean or an evening stroll. You can walk all the way to Jomtien on a pathway.

WiFi, electricity and water, is of course INCLUDED in the price (NO extra charges).
The villa have washing machine but no Dryer.

As my guest, you will have access to: WiFi, Parking area, an amazing garden/pool and everything already described in "The Space". On arrival, fresh linen, towels and towels will the ready for you. You will also find complimentary soaps and toilet paper, so you dont have to think about these things when you arrive. The TVs is connected with an international package, which offers a good range of channels also.

There is of course air-cons installed in the house and bedrooms and the kitchen comes with all you need, if you want to do your own cooking.

I will always be available, if you have any questions during your stay and try to respond quickly on every request. Before arrival I will make sure, you have all the details you need, to do an easy check in, so you can enjoy your holiday.

Pratumnak is a very nice and quiet area in the middle of everything, which makes it very attractive to families and couples. There is a lot of good restaurants near the apartment.
