We had a wonderful stay at the old mill. It will definitely be our #1 go to the next time we come here. Gorgeous apartment. Everything was perfect … we loved it. It would recommend it 100%.

Great location, easy check-in, everything we needed to have a lovely getaway. Great winery just opened up right across the river!! We were able to sit on the winery porch overlooking the river and wave to my father across the river on the condo balcony.

My small family and I stayed here for several nights during Fall Rod Run and really enjoyed our stay! Very convenient location, in the Old Mill District and just minutes walk to the strip. The mattress was very soft and furniture was comfortable. Parking was convenient and WiFi was reliable. The main negative to the property is the ramp to enter; it gave us a calf workout bringing in luggage! The front door did rattle somewhat loudly, not sure if anything could be done to fix that. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Great place to stay. It was close to everything you need. Its right next to The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge. Inside the condo was very spacious. Everything looked like it had recently been updated and has everything you would need. It was nice sitting on the balcony watching all the cars and people going by. You can also see and hear the waterfall. We are definitely going to stay again.

We stay in Gatlinburg pigeon Forge area a lot and this has to be hands-down. One of the best condos that we have stayed in in a long time. The location was great parking was fabulous. We were right in the middle of town, but there was nobody around us. It was very peaceful and convenient.

Very nice place

Loft was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was was right off the main strip which made outings very convenient. You could see the river from the deck which was a nice bonus. There were some minor things that could be improved upon.There is a low frequency hum at all times perhaps from pumps at the river or falls. It's not terrible, but once you hear it then it stays with you. There is also a gocart track right up the street which can be a bit noisy as well, but quiets down around 11pm. The ac also didnt quite cool the place to our liking and the rooms lacked ceiling fans to help with airflow. The 2nd bedroom got warm especially after using the shower. Installing ceiling fans in the rooms would address this issue. Also, upgrading the mattresses in the smaller bedroom would allow for a better nights sleep. Relocate the dumpster or build a nice fence around it. It detracts from the view of the river from the deck. Even with those issues we would stay again...100%.

Last minute Getaway

We decided to take a last minute getaway and this place was perfect! Very clean, king bed was comfortable and location is perfect to walk over to the Old Mill restaurant for a meal or look in shops. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Excellent location!

The loft at the Old Mill was truly an excellent experience! Just as described and pictured-So close to the Old Mill restaurants and shops. We walked to breakfast and dinner several times! We really loved staying here. We stayed during July 4th weekend and were able to watch the Pigeon Forge fireworks from the balcony! I really can’t say enough good things about The Loft. We’ve already looked into booking it again for our next trip to the Smokies!

Perfect place to stay!

Love this property! So nice inside. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms were beautiful. The sofa in the living room was awesome! So deep and confortable for a nap lol. One small thing I loved were all the hooks in the bathroom, both inside and outside the shower. There was a ton of storage space in the bedrooms as well. Didn't do any cooking while there so can't comment on the ktichen, but it was very nice. Love the location, so easy to walk to get something to eat, shopping, ice cream, etc. Also easy to drive up to Teaster to get around town. Definately plan on staying here again.

Just right for us

We were in town for a power weekend including Dollywood and dinner shows. This location was perfect and provided many options for our teen to explore. I’d stay again and suggest to others. The communication was awesome!

Very Nice Condo at a Great Location

This property was just as described. It's probably one of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed at, which I assume is because it is relatively new. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms and bathrooms were large. We really enjoyed the little balcony, and probably would have enjoyed it more, if it hadn't been so cold out during our stay. Our favorite part about this property was the location! It was directly across from the Old Mill Restaurant, which we LOVE to eat at. There are all sorts of little shops within walking distance, which made it so nice that we could just stay parked and go shopping. I never heard any other tenants around us, so either everything is insulated well, or there wasn't anyone staying next door. I only have two small complaints (and they are VERY small, as it wouldn't necessarily stop me from staying here again)... I wish the gaps around the bathroom barn doors would be closed up a little, because you kind of feel like you're on display when in the shower of the master bath and the front door of the unit also seemed to make a cracking sound on and off all night long. It wasn't a terribly loud sound, but just enough to annoy a little. Overall, this is a great rental and I would highly recommend!

Cozy corner

First impression was a very well kept and clean space. Beautifully designed and decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our stay. Thank you Old Mill for providing such a beautiful clean space for your guests! We will book again in the future.
